When was the last cycle you ran?
Is this the first blood work since then?

2016 was my last cycle.

And I get bloods done twice a year. I’ve never gone and looked at my hormone panel though. The new app my GP uses had an “update” and all the years previous do not show.

you could try to lower shbg and maybe increase free test.. unless you're coming off cycle that's the only way I can see getting any bang with those test levels... maybe time for trt brotha.

edit: just read last cycle in 2016, I would consider the endo for sure

Ok, we’ll I appreciate all the input.

Shoulda mentioned, I’m 33yo. Obviously my test will be lower, didn’t think it’d be THAT low (free/“bioavailable” test wise).

You’re not extremely out of range. The values can change from one blood work to another. You want maybe have an eye on it and repeat the test before starting any treatment. Specially if you don’t have any symptoms. It might be related to your diet, sleep and workout intensity/overtraining.

I’ll schedule a visit to the endo next week. Honestly if I can get it to 500-650 I’d be ecstatic.
