Hello everybody after a 12 week prop npp cycle i went from 175 @ ~8%bf to 205 @ ~15%bf after pct i am at 190-195 at around 12%bf.... my lean body mass is around 170 pounds... i need to weight 165 and was considering

1-6 prop 50mg 3x/wk
1-6 masteron 50mg 3x/wk
1-6 hcg 500mcg/wk

1-3 t3 100mg 6 days, 75mg 4 days, 50mg 4 days, 25mg 4 days, 12.5mg 4day
4-6 t3 100mg 6 days, 75mg 4 days, 50mg 4 days, 25mg 4 days, 12.5mg 4day
7-8 t3 100mg 6 days, 75mg 4 days, 50mg 4 days, 25mg 4 days, 12.5mg 4day

1-2, 5-6 clen 40-80mcgs varying (whatever dose doesnt give shakes)

pct 40/20/20

The point of this to cut off as much fat as possible without losing muscle trying to get down to 3%bf ideally.. I will be doing a lot of cardio from taekwondo, jiu jitsu, running and other types of cardio workouts. My lifting includes almost all explosive types of lifts quick example

day 1
clean 5x6
squat 5x8,6,6,4,2
kettleballs 3x12
box jumps 3x12

day 2
snatch 5x12
90pound weighted pull ups 50 reps (roughly 4 sets)
deadlifts 5x10
goodmornings 4x8
super pushups 3x12

day 3
clean highpull 5x6
chain bench slow down explode up 4x12
push press 4x8
dips 5x failure

diet is clean ~2220 cal /day
~255g protein /day 57%
~125g carbs/day 28%
~67g fat/day 15%

would this be appropriate for my situation? I am almost too big to weight in at 165 but this is manditory.. so should i do this proposed cycle or maybe just mess around with t3 and a high protein diet to lose some fat?

Are you going on stage or something? 3% is not maintainable long term and is simply unhealthy.

I will be competing in a sport requiring me to weigh 165 but i will be allowed to eat and drink for 1-2 hours after every weigh in.. yeah i will not walk at 3% everyday probably closer to 5-6% but getting to the lower numbers when i actually weight 165

lol well im not looking to debate the bf percentage im going to be at i just need to get closer to my weight class in my off season.. do you think the cycle i have come up with could help me lose fat and maintain muscle? btw the last 5 pounds is usually lost the day before and is water weight not fat and i am not using a really accurate DEXA test.. just a 5 spot skinfold or a BIA test.

Ramp t3 up than slowly slowly taper down.

Do keto. Best and fastest results IMO
