I've been doing like Monday is chest and tris Tuesday back and bis Wednesday shoulders and traps. Thursday straight arms Friday legs and Saturday and Sunday rest daysTelling us what you have been doing also would help.

What is cube predator?What are your numbers like for the big lifts? Your programming before this and other programs you've ran? If you want big strength and size gains with upper body... bulk hard and I personally like cube predator for bench press. Crazy volume and solid strength progression. Great for growth.
