Help with this Test Prop-Anavar-Winny Cycle

What up Bro's, I will be doing my first stack in the next few weeks. I'm still tweaking it a bit as far as which anti-estrogen and pct serm I need to use and how long. Pic will be posted and I will keep a log here for sure. Thank for all the help, here's my stats;

5'91/2"
195lbs
18.6% BF
Working Out for about a 1yr
Diet for the most part clean
I take in about 2300- 2700 cal 45% protien 15% fat 40% carbs
Suppliments EAS Premium Protien Powder
MMS liquid creatine

Goal drop about 5% BF looking to gain max 10lbs but if I don't gain any weight thats cool also just really want lean mass

Now the stack, the gear is pretty much set I'm just deciding what anti-estrogen and serm to use and how long....

Test Prop weeks 1 - 10
100mg eod
Anavar weeks 1 - 4
40mg ed
Winny weeks 4 - 8
35mg ed
Oral Tren (metribolone) weeks 8 - 10
250mcg ed
Tylers Liv 52
AI cycle support


During the cycle I'm thinking arimidex 1mg daily(?)
PCT clomid 300/100/50 (?)
AI post cycle support

I know there's going to be some question on the metribolone but I would like to try it at low doses for short time. I've done plenty of investigating and I have some and want to see what it's about. Had all blood work done will have it done again at the end of cycle, will also post results of bloodwork for the people who are skeptical about the oral tren. i would get ur bf% down before u cycle. what will ur detailed diet look like?

anavar should be run 6-8 weeks @ 50+ mg ed

oral winstrol should be run 50+mg ed, injectable @ 50mg ed

clomid dose is WAY too high, 50mg for 4 weeks is sufficient

adex @ .5mg eod is a good starting point for that particular AI
 
I've been trying to get my BF down I also run 5 miles at least once a week and hit the elliptical in the BF zone for at least 40mins twice a week. Here my diet

breakfast veggie sausage egg whites on lowfat wrap about 35g prot 5g fat 20 carbs
my next 5 meals are by nutri-system very high in protien low fat low cal
Dinner bake fish or chicken and sides usually rice or dinner is a salad with chicken or fish

Thanks for the help bro, so your saying run the anavar with the winny for weeks 1-6?
 
Nos hit it on the head with his suggestions. You would gain more if you lost more BF. Your diet is crap.

Here's the deal I've trained and workout for 5yrs about 10 yrs ago. I'm 36 just got back into the gym about a year ago. I've been dieting steady for about 5 months, now the carbs intake can be less but I wouldn't call my diet crap.... IMHO but thanks for your opinion
 
I've seen to have hit a plateau with the BF, but will continue to tweak the diet and give it another month or 2 before hitting the cycle

Also I get the suggestion of dropping more BF, but what makes my diet crap? there's no sweets soda drinking smoking uneeded fats, what makes it crap?

id say extend your cycle to 12 weeks
test prop-100mg eod-weeks 1-12
anavar - 40mg ed- weeks 1-8
winni- 50mg ed- weeks 9-12
no need for anything other then that for your first cycle, that is even a bit of an overkill
u need to figure out your pct better then it is, search for more suitable dosages of clomid

Awesome Dude thanks for the input, because of the gear I already have and the stuff I have access to I'm more than sure this will be the right length and dosages. I was in the same ballpark when I was brainstorming my cycle. :006:
 
i'd run it during cycle around like 200- 300 iu every three to four days during cycle, starting a couple weeks in. u wanna keep those nuts sensitive. itll make recovery a lot easier. i havnt run a cycle and used hcg so im not talking from experience but from reading around.
 
Maybe I didn't answer that correctly, I did not plan to run HCG during the cycle or PCT if it did not make a signifigant differrence. From what I've researched clomid/nlova should be enough but I have seen pct with IGF-1
 
So the from what I can come up with start PCT three days after last test prop inject then
Day 1: 300mg
Day 2-11: 100mg daily
Day 12-21: 50mg daily

Is this correct? Or should I run it 50mg ed for 4 weeks like NOS suggested

Dude you know I see you have rep power and being that I'm new to this I'm looking for constructive type criticism and such, helpful suggestions, are you here to do that or just be a (you could fill in the blank) I'm not here to go back and forth like kids or whiney chicks. I would love to have your input if it's usefull if not why waste your time or mine? Is this not the medium to bring knowledge together? You’ve had all your answers provided, yet you continue to ask questions. Do you want to do something else and just want a second opinion to ease your mind?

Get the supplies for what other people suggest that have used or don’t. Simple as that. You can go OTC if you want, but be ready for the consequences. Real Gear is no joke.

If you run a cycle for over 10 weeks some recommend HCG. At 12 its hit or miss and depends on your budget. If you can’t afford to do a cycle the right way you aren’t ready. Your nutrisystem or whatever isn’t going to cut it for a diet. That isn’t going to help your BF out. Sounds like you play the way of the scale, which is a useless number game. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Try small portions of lean meat, veggies and healthy fats. Incorporate HIIT every other day after some moderate to high intensity weight training. Give yourself 3-6 months and evaluate yourself again. You want to have the least amount of fat with a good amount of muscle for a good base to start an injectable cycle. The point of real gear is to gain muscle. There are some substances that can help lean you out from injectables, but a right diet will do that for you.

You can search around here. There are tons of diets posted, tons of recipes and tons of workouts.

Dude that's all I was looking for looking MANY THANKS FOR THE INPUT!!!! I will look into the HCG and will hold off for a couple months until I get the BF down....
