Help with supplements?

Looking for a new weight loss supplement, but concerned about some of the newer warnings and side-effects.

I was looking at Oxyelite pro, but when you start hearing more and more about the DMAA, getting banned in Canada, it just doesn't seem worth it.

I was considering maybe a mini stack for the morning and using lipotropin PM in the evening.

Not interested in ephedrine, but would something like the following work:
1. Caffeine, 100mg
2. NOW EGCG, 1 cap twice daily
confused...

Just looking for a "safer" diet supplement with some stim in the morning and no stim in evening.

Thanks

idk that caffeine and green tea would be all that powerful by itself

how bout two non-stim Lean Xtreme and TT-33 with caffeine

I haven't had the LX but I have a bottle, plan on running that in 30 days...Heard a lot of good things on it... The TT-33 seems to get the metabolism going. You can get a bottle of 90 for 10 bucks here.

If you want a great fat loss stack that is all 'natural' and effective try this:
3 grams of CLA (tonalin is the best)
3 grams of Fish Oil
500-600 mg of green tea
500 mg of L-Carnitine
250 mg of Coleus Forskolin
200 mg of Yohimbe (20 mg of actual alkaloids usually)

You can use this stack and it will run you about 45-50 a month. Lot of pills to take but it works and all of these supplements have some data to back up their weight loss claims (check PubMed). The problem with proprietary blends is that you do not get enough of each ingredient to actually work. Out of all these supplements CLA, Fish Oil, and Green Tea are the best. I drink I few cups of coffee but you can add caffeine to this list as well. Hope this helps. I can usually drop 2 lbs a week using this stack and eating clean.
