help with pct

hey everyone i am a 44yo male looking to do my first cycle and have some questions on pct---i am going to do sustanon 300 for 12 weeks injecting 1.25cc monday am and thursday pm and also taking .25 arimidex daily----my pct is clomid 50,50,25,25 and arimidex .25 daily starting 2 weeks after last injection and also will take clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off starting 2 weeks after last injection----how does this look thanks

what are you're goals for this cycle? taking clen too soon in PCT isn't necessary unless you're cutting.

how is your diet going to be? bulking or cutting?
 
I am 5'9 190 lbs about 10%BF--my diet is 90% paleo 10% protein shakes, I am looking to gain 10-20lbs of lean muscle on cycle and increase strength to break thru plateus---think clen will help with cortisol control and thought it would help lean me out real good and as long as I keep calories high wont lose a lot weight---i eat 1.5 grams- 2 grams of protein per lb of bw

depending onow you respond to test tht migh be possible. clen has been reported to help with cort control, personally i would not use it so close to ending your cycle. i would concentrate on keeping what you've gained through controlling diet in PCT and even upping the cals a bit if you start to lose too much weight. if your like me you will hold about 5lbs-10lbs of water alone while on, after this disappears what ever is left will be fat and muscle gain. water is be gone usually within a week or so, it doesn't take long.

just finshed a long test cycle with some orals added in there and went for 225 to 215 within 2 weeks into PCT. some of that was diet mistakes cause i was traveling but most was water.

if you want to control cort try 1000mgs of vitC upon waking and 1000 more an hour later and both 1000 before and after training. you might also want to try a cort control product that does not involve fat burning.
