First off, thanks to everyone on the boards, you helped with my first post immediately. That was awesome.

Now, I have a couple other questions if you have the time.

This is my current supplement usage. Feel free to tell me what is good, worthless, etc.

BSN Amino X-During workouts
Ultra-Man Multivitamin-1 Morning/1 Evening
*** Creatine Monohydrate-5g/day postworkout
Alpha T2/Erase-Per PES dosing directions
Cellucor C4-1 scoop preworkout
Dymatize Elite XT Whey-3 scoops/day
Flaxseed Oil-3 capsules/day

I've been lifting for two years, and they were all natural..lots of food, water and motivation. Now I feel it's time to see what some things have to offer. Is there a need for milk thistle with any of this stuff? Is Kre-Alkayln really that much better than mono? Thanks for your time and help. I read as much as I can but nothing quite makes up for others experiences.

Your supplement stack actually looks OK, but how is your diet? That's the most important thing. Supplement wise the only recommendation I would have would be to replace the Flaxseed oil with fish oil. Possibly change your multi to something like Orange Triad which offers joint support as well.

As far as your creatine question goes, you are fine with plain mono.
 
Yep. Stick with creatine monohydrate (unless you realize a problem) and no reason for milk thistle.

i use aminox as well as c4 periodically. could switch out the multi and flax for orange triad (as mentioned above) and oximega

Ultra-Man Multivitamin-1 Morning/1 Evening solid... I like other choices.
*** Creatine Monohydrate-5g/day postworkout A STAPLE
Alpha T2/Erase-Per PES dosing directions Like alpha t2 but why erase? if looking for test boost and over 25yrs old Intimidate!
Cellucor C4-1 scoop preworkout solid, a popular one but im more economical and like something where I can use 1/2 scoop or so for energy
Dymatize Elite XT Whey-3 scoops/day good to sue a blend over a base whey I think. but stick to WHOLE FOODS
Flaxseed Oil-3 capsules/day swap for fish oil

Thanks all for the replies. JN230..what is your preworkout of choice? As far as multis, I have tried Orange Triad, but I don't think my digestive system agreed with it too well. I have heard that fish oil is better, what is the main reason? More DHA?
