Hi,
Whats the best way to dose Epitome.
I'm stacking
Evomuse Epitome
Evomuse Ammo Caps
Cellucor Super Hd
Mp Carnitine Core
AiSports Glycobol
Genomyx Endurate Creatine
And some crappy vitamins that I have on the shelf as I use Orange Triad at the moment.
I'm starting Monday for my last 1 month cut before spring
Weight 178lbs
Goal 167lbs
Calories around 2000/2500 as I'm active.
I train or go gym for exercise class's 5 days a week and my normal week looks like the following.
Wake between 7 and 8 am.
Gym between 8 and 11.30, I like todo 2 hours and have a chat with pals while I workout. 45m/1h weights, rest doing liss on treadmill ect.
Food at 12pm
Food at 3pm.
5/7.30pm gym for exercise to music class where I just keep it easy but have fun with the group. Usually 90 minutes of keeping it easy exercise to lift the mood.
Food at 8pm
Sleep around 10/12am
My dosing protocol would be
Super hd on waking ( usa version with yohimbe as I'm from uk ) 1 cap 1st week, caps second week
Ammo on waking
Carnitine Core on waking
11/11.30am
Creatine, Protein shake, single scoops
12pm food time
Carnitine core
3pm food time
Carnitine Core
Glycobol 2.30pm ( I'm sure this helps with when I have second dose of Super Hd as insulin ect would be lower from the Glycobol. )
5pm
Super hd 1 cap and set off to gym for 1.5h/2h
8pm food time
Glycobol 7.30pm
Sleep 10pm/12am

So with the above what would be the best time to dose Epitome for optimal usage ?
I've just finished a Athletic edge Ape and Myosynergy run so i'll be blasting the socks off the following month, I may even log it if I get interest to log as it's been a long time since I done one, it's allways fun to keep track

And to finish off we all love a photo, I used to carry a lot of fat around with me 4 years ago

And two from last years summer, I was seriously happy with the summer months till winter closed in and I began living a normal life of foods again.
I'd think I was around 165lbs back then, if I can hit that target this time round I have abit more muscle so I'd have less fat, be even happier
