Help with Animal stack

What do you guys think about this stack to pack on some serious muscle size.

Animal Pak , Animal M-stack, Animal Pump, Animal Test all at the same time. At what times of day do you guys recommend I take. I wake up at 4:30 am and go to work from 5am to 5:15 pm then work out at 5:30 pm to about 7pm

Here is a copy of routine I plan to do while on this stack.

Day 1: Biceps, Triceps, And Calves

Barbell Curl: 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps
Hammer Curls: 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps
Cable Curls: 7 sets of 8-12 reps
Close-Grip Bench Press: 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps
Seated Triceps Press: 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps
Cable Overhead Triceps Extension: 7 sets of 8-12 reps
Seated Calf raises: 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps
Standing Calf Raises: 7 sets of 8-12 reps

What do you think about my diet is it good. I uploaded it on post as a PDF attachment. Or what Diet do you recommend.
 
Cab you help me out what do you recommend I add or change. I Take gaspari myfusion as my protein shake.
 
well first id buy a big tub of regular oats, then grind them up in either a coffe grinder or blender. mix those in with a few protien shakes throughout the day and youll get enough carbs.

for instance ill wake up and have a shake that looks like this
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oats
1 packet cinnamin roll oatmeal

then ill eat a meal 45 min later

then a shake

then a meal

then a meal

then a shake

then a meal

etc..

i always have three of those shakes a day, then either 3 or 4 whole meals, maybe five depending. and while bulking i always take a weight gainer before bed with an extra scoop of caesin.

but thats just me, i also buy a flavore waxy maize and through in 4-5 scoops in my gallon of water an sip on throught the day, i normally finish with the first gallon by 6 then just half way fill it with water so most my carbs are done fairly early.
 
What brand flavore waxy maize do you get and from where I wanna try it. Will add 3 more protein shakes to my diet with oatmeal also. Is Gaspari Myofusion protein im taking a good choice?
 
BTW all of the brands you listed in that poll are not very good.... Check out Primordial Performance, USP Labs, or Appnut for instance.
 
says who? i really hope your kidding. UNIVERSAL NUTRITION is the best bar non. musletech is crap but gaspari and BSN have some OK products.

PP is in a different class in my opinion as the companies he posted dont **** with PH's.

USP is fine but not any better then UN. it doesnt have anywhere near the vast amount of supps/herbs/minerals to choose from and no body can compete with the PAK. the only supps i would even buy from USP are OEP and JACK3d. everything else is garbage in my opinion. Prime did nothing, Pink Magic did nothing. not a fan

yeah and even then it wont even do much for a 21 year old. I personally wouldnt recommend it until your 25 or so.

Im 21 and ran a 42 day cycle of it, i got more gains off my 21 day m-stak.

Im 23 years old. I was thinking of running Animal test and M-stack alonng with Animal pump at same time. Is that bad Idea o yeah and also Animal Pack. i wanna get size. But I also have a lot of body fat in gut area.
 
look at pix of me on my profile. I wanna know if im doing the right thing or if I should loose body fat before I can gain muscle size or change my diet. Thanks for all your help guys.

I was in an debate with the USP rep guy on here about dropping BF while adding mass. I said it cant be done, he said with pink magic it could. so he extended the offer and mailed me a bottle. and just for you let me pull up the thread and ill qoute it.

Ok he offered it to you. did you log it ? no. so why should anyone believe you? and if you did run it and it didnt work for you woop de ****ing doo , not every herb has the same effects on every single person. so Product A works for 30 people on this board and doesnt work for you so that means it doesnt work? And who do you think you are the end all be all of bodybuilding/supplementation/nutrition? just because you cant lose fat and gain LBM means that no one can? wrong again, every thread you are in you act like you are a master of nutrition and yet I see no credentials or references for anything that comes out of your loud mouth besides what YOU have done.

so lets summarize what you said in the other thread

-Serious lifting for 6 years
- gained 80lbs recently in 8 months
-Lost 25lbs in 4 weeks

1. Bull**** noone whos trained for 6 years and knows what they are doing are suddenly going to put on 10LBS PER MONTH

2. 25 lbs in 4 weeks? so 6 lbs per week? pretty effective cutting away at least 3lbs of muscle for every 1.5-2lbs of fat.

so you LOST 25lbs in 4 weeks with OEP and no muscle loss? cmon man, you and i both know that is not true, and IF it is then you saying you cant gain lean muscle tissue on a cut is wrong.

if im 225 (arguments sake) with 20% body fat, thats a LBM of what? 181 LBs

now you drop 25lbs of PURE fat like you are incinuating. thats a over a 10% reduction in body fat. so now you are
200 and 9% (rough calculation) bodyfat. your lbm is 182, therefore an INCREASE in 1lb.

sorry but your logic confuses me. Recomping ive seen your take on aswell. if someone can STAY the same body weight and appear leaner (by dropping fat) you gained LBM

another example someone ran Recompadrol and started at 172 and 10% and ended at 172 and 9% (BF based opon pictures)

LBM of 155 for the 10% body fat and LBM of 156 again a GAIN of 1 pound.

Yet again I will make my point so u should read more carefully at what I said and what u said. Don't be an idiot

OEP is the best fat burner ive ever used. I am in love with it. I droped 25 pounds in 4 weeks and keept my LBM the same, meaning i lost no muscle. however, trying to put ON muscle while using this product is not going to happen. theres no such thing as cut bulking. its either one or the other. when the body is loosing wieght its in a catabolic state, meaning your gonna have to fight to keep the muscle on. when your bulking your body is in an anabolic state, meaning your growing but some fat will grow aswell.
