yeah myofusion is a great choice, its all the same really, just get what tastes good to you. I buy bioenginered waxy maize, fruit punch flavor from vitamin shoppe. but then again, its whatever tastes good to you. dont go over board with it, id just add 2 scoops to your gallon first and carry that with you for a week or two and then up the scoops as you see fit to. dont do more than 4 protien shakes a day, 3 tops, you want most your food to be solid whole foods. i use the shakes as inbetween meal fillers.
