Hi everyone first post ever. I am 220lbs 21 yrs old and just started working out again after 3 yrs.:worried: I just need some advice for a supp stack. Trying to shed some fat and if not gain muscle up my strength. Im on a tight budget.
Take daily
vitamins
whey
fish oil

Oh I also do a 3 day split with one day off. Any help is appricated!!!

Come on guys help out a noob. I want to start building a good stack dont plan on taking it for a while. This way I can get a bottle or two at a time and build a really good stack for less money at once.

BCAAs are a must in my book. They help with maintaining and gaining muscle whether you are on a cut or bulking.

You probably don't need a fat loss product at this point. I'd suggest that you start up a good workout plan and diet and get used to them. Then, once you're on a roll with them, start adding your supplements. Taking supps on their own with out exercise and healthy eating won't do anything for you.

Thank you I have only been working out for 3 weeks but I used to lift alot. I guess Im just trying to get back to what I used to look like to fast.

The basic stack, that I believe EVERYONE should have is:
Multi Vitamin
Fish Oil
Whey Protein
BCAA
Creatine(its cheap and the joint help it provides should not be over looked)
Some source of Omega 6(unless your diet is providing adequate amounts)

If you wanna get one other supp, I would say look into a nutrient partitioning product.

Can't forget a casein protein for before bed also, but you could go the whole food route(cottage cheese).
