It has been a while, so I am not really well updated on all the quality supps. I would appreciate some help to create a 3 months quality supps stack for a dear friend of mine who wishes some weightloss and some added lean mass (medium advanced..5 years on and off training..natural)
Monnies is no issue / no prohormones or such will be used.. assuming diet and training / protein supps are in check. What would you advice for a supp. combo?
in 90-120 days >> Goal: bf 24% to 12-14% BW 250 >200.
(please one topical max in the stack..as he likes supps. in caps/pill form..for powders aminos would be the exception..He just likes things as easy as possible with least hassle with his supps..not a lazy person at all:biglaugh:
