help with a first run of r3 igf-1

hello,i have been reading about it for awhile now,but never got it.i been thinking about a run.prolly gonna go with 40mcg MWF but just want some options on what muscles to pin and any other advice i might need.thanks
 
Normally, I pin lagging muscles bi laterally (20 mcg in each). For me, that includes my calves, chest, and sometimes I'll shoot in into my quads as well. Just make sure to backload the syring with bacteriostatic water and your good to go.
 
When I was trying to recover from various shoulder injuries and bring up my delts I hit delts with 40mcg (bilaterally) three times per week pre-workout. If you aren't trying to bring up one muscle I recommend using 20-100mcg (bilaterally) in whatever muscle you are training pre-workout 4-5 times per week or just prior to each workout (assuming you don't lift everyday).

I am loving going IM in my quads right now. I can definitely notice a difference in my progress.

How did it work on your shoulder injury? I have a rotator cuff injury (not torn) and am strongly considering some IGF-1 to help its recovery in addition to the light weight exercises I'm doing for it recommended by my physical therapist. I was thinking about pinning in my upper delts and if possible my lats a total of 3 times a week at 40 mcgs, though the lats may be a tough reach.
