Can anyone provide some brief comments on the following supplements:

1. Lipofuze- Never heard of this, what ingredients does it have?

2. Oxyelite pro- Great stimulant and good fat burning, really helps with the trouble areas.

3. Lipotropin-PM- Great sleep, helps you to wake up rested, dry and lean. Great "sleeper" product, no pun intended.

Thanks

Okay
I think I will try oxyelite during day and lipotropin at night, unless I can get a few other suggestions.

Question:
I understand lipotropin can help with sleep. Now, I often get up once in the middle of the night to tend to my 3 year old. Because I am breaking my sleep cycle, is being on this product going to mess me up a bit?

Also, would appreciate any comments on current cutting diet
(trying to keep calories under 1700)

Half a toasted english with almond butter

Dinner:

Weights 2-3x/week

I drink xtend during cardio and weights

Any other takers?
In addition, I seem to have plateaued at my weight loss but need to lose more weight.
I was 176 and now about 162 and 16% body fat.
I may not be perfect every day with a caloric deficit, but certainly not exceeding maintenance.

Is it possible that if I am lifting weights as well 2-3x/week, that my body weight may stay static, but the body fat is still dropping?

I would definitely throw in some other snacks in during the day. Eating just breakfast, lunch, and dinner isn't sufficient enough. Your body needs food every 2 hours or so to keep metabolism going. I would throw in some healthy fats in your daily intake as well.

Understood. I try to take a snack of some almonds 3 hours after breakfast.

I also try to take a O.N gold protein shake as a snake or after workouts.

I am also going to cut out going to subway/togo's so not eating all that bread, and will replace with more protein.

Any other suggestions?
