HELP with 1st Test E Cycle

I am 26 yrs old. 6'0" 205 lbs. I have been lifting solid for about 7 yrs now, played collegiate athletics. I have taken prohormones and oral cycles before but this would be what i consider to be my first "REAL" cycle. I am looking to gain solid mass, i understand some water retention will come as part of it. I am now just trying to compete in shows and am going to run a test e cycle and wanted some critique.
Week 1-10: Test E (250mg or 400mg 1xweek) waiting to get opinions??
Week 11-15: Cissus, Activate Extreme, Lean xtreme (DS)
Week 12-16: Nolva 20/20/20/20

I also have triazole as my AI just in case i need it

Obviously the essentials like my BCAA's are everyday. My diet is spot on as well. What my questions are:
1) Would i be better off running torem instead of Nolva, I found a place where I can get liquid forms of both Nolva and Torem. If so what kind of sides should i expect to see?
2) Does my Test dosage and PCT look ok for this cycle?

Run the test-e the same the whole way threw, I'm not going to ever talk negatively about some one starting out with a low dose but you do need to divide your doses up to 2x a week for more even blood levels. Also more water in equals more water out and that will help with bloat not to mention this being your first cycle you need an AI on hand just in case. Don't start your nolva until two weeks after your last test-e shot and keep the nova at 20/20/20/20 no need to run it 40. Good luck and running an test-e cycle only first is very smart to let you know how your body will react to it before adding more compounds to your cycle's. Just remember to diet is key in any cycle.

wk 1-10 350mg (split 2 x wk)
wk 13 -16 nolva/torem(preferable)
wk 15-18 LX

do a bit more research bud, as in hcg, anti estrogen, test half life, torem dosing, ancilleries, ect

I ran test e solo as so;
Week 1-12...400
Had 0 bloat, gained 25 lbs...check out the progress pics on my thread... first dose of androlean.
Just remember, diet is everything. All the gear in the world will not do sh!t without a strict diet. Eat like crap, look like crap... good luck man...

I would def run the same dose the entire cycle. I would bump it up to 400mg/week seperated into 2 doses per week. PCT 2 weeks after last injection. nolva 20/20/20/20
 
Thanks for all the insight. I figured i would run the nolva 10-14 days after last injection. I had seen many different dosages on nolva so i was curious about that. Seems like many people like the nolva and torem. My diet is strict as i know very well, if my diet sucks it doesnt do me any good. I wasnt sure whether to increase test or run it the same all the way thru but it sounds like i have my answer. HcG i read on some posts that it wasnt completely necessary

I accidentally came across this last night ... anyone ever read this? Is it good advice? It's basically a handbook of how to run Test-E with no side effects. Sounds too goo to be true.

i dont agree with alot of his stuff, once he said 40-50lb gain, i knew it would be a ride

imo, 1st timer....

wk 1-12 test 400-500mg
wk 1-12 aromasin 12.5mg ed
wk 3-12 hcg 500iu wk
wk 15-18 torem 90/60/60/30
 
i wouldnt run 3-400 of test unles im already on some other ****. its just the idea of shutting ur body down outweights the gains u get from that little test only.
 
for a beginner cycle 400-500mg / wk will elicit gains no doubt
for an experienced user i agree upping it, or better yet stacking a more anabolic substance with it
 
You're doing A.A.S because you want to see results. Forget the 250 mgs...go with 400- 500mgs/wk of Test. This is suitable for all newbies....and this includes me (I'm on my 3rd cycle).
