totally agree with Superbeast668. Its a little early in your progress. I jumped the gun and had some scares and it aint worth it bud. Use hormones as an enhancer rather than a shortcut. get a good foundation set first and build from there. as far as dropping fat focus on a cleaner diet. take out all added sugars if possible (some fruit is necessary though) and much lower carb intake, lots of water(avoid Gatorade), keep protein high obviously, and keep fat low to moderate. cutting too much fat intake, for some, can actually backfire. our bodies naturally store fat so if a shortage is seen your body can resort back to a more survival instinct to store fat. if your body know there is a steady, not heavy, consumption of fat it will be much more likely to use it as a fuel in your day to day life and your workouts versus running on carbs. eat often as well (6-8 small meals and avoid carbs after 6pm). workouts should, as much as I hate to admit it, resemble crossfit workouts. HIIT training is definitely the way to go when trying to slim down and tone up. may even make some gains. this shock to the nervous system will re configure the way your body utilizes its nutrients. as far as strict cardio do not just run or hop on the bike. if anything, these exercise should be part of your warm ups or cool downs with high intensity sprints as your main exercise. Again, the goal being to shock the nervous system. keep training to 5day per wk. recovery time is essential especially with HIIT workouts. It can take a heavy toll, after long periods, on your body leaving your nervous system depleted and again, putting your body in a survival mode. do this for give or take 10wks and re asses your progress. hope I helped, but this is what was recommended for me by my performance techs at my command (military).
