Sooooo....yeah, I'm over 30 and have always had a fairly healthy sex life. I've never had an issue with desire, libido, or "being ready" for my partner. And, from what I've heard, I've had more compliments than complaints in the bedroom (yes, every guy says that, I know). I've been with the same girl for going on two years now, and we have had a healthy sex life. For some reason, in the past 8 months to a year, I'm having trouble lasting longer than a few minutes, which is leaving her disappointed. She loves me and isn't going anywhere, but I can tell she's tired of giving me the "I take it as a compliment" line. I've never had this problem before, and it's happened regardless of my diet, supplements, workouts, stress levels, and any other factors I can name. Libido, size, drive and other things are not the problem either. Can anyone help? Has anyone seen this before? Googling has only brought me to sites I don't really want in my history, and I am not sure what "male enhancement" means exactly. I have heard of an "excersize" I can do, but it literally takes a good 45 minutes to an hour and a half of "private" time, daily. With kids, a restaurant job, working out, and just life in general, taking that kind of time to do that daily, isn't an option.
Help, please. My girlfriend would appreciate it, too.

Are you saying that your trigger pull is kind of light-the..ahem proverbial gun goes off with out much effort?

If so, this isn't too much of a problem but it also will require you to adjust your technique and work at developing your squeeze and hold technique.
Let's also rule some other things out:
Have you had the prostate checked for enlargement or other issues? Also, when going to task is your bladder empty? I say this because an increased prostate (size) or full bladder can or both can make for a light trigger. The reason is that this added pressure from one or both may be putting pressure on the seminal vesicle. What happens is when you are primed for action the physiolocial response is for the body to cut off the bladder and making way for seminal fluid to travel through the urethra and added pressure from either organ causes us to what we do naturally, release, thus eliminating that pressure.

The next step, assuming all is well, is to practice Kiegel excercises to strenghten the pelvic floor. This is an excercise that helps you hold that contraction you start feeling prior to the release. It's an excercise that is easy to do at any time of the day, while driving, sitting down, standing around, etc. The excerise is similar to stoping your urine flow and the key is to squeeze and hold for as long as possible. A great program is to squeeze and hold for 5 seconds and release, doing a minimum of 10 reps. They reason to start at 5 seconds is to learn how to control the squeeze. Once you have perfected the 5 second hold the next step is to move on to 8-10 second hold until you ultiately reach that 30 seond hold(not need by everyone). It is possible to squeeze for longer but what you may notice initially when going beyond those 5 seconds is that you start losing control of that optimal squeeze. Think of it like any other excercise, sure you can pick up a twenty pound dumbell and perform 10-15 reps but form may suffer or all of the supporting tissue in your arms may not be able to allow for an optimal use of the weight, instead we lower the weight.
Another important factor is to control the breathing when going to task-please understand that you may already know some, if not, all of these things but im merely trying to cover all bases. Similar to a repetitive motion excercise, like running, striking or riding a bike, poor breathing techniques do not allow us to work efficiently. It has always been key to sync the stroke with your breathing and you'll notice a major difference - long smooth controlled breaths go a long way especially when she is in control.

What kind of supplements are you taking when working out?

Wow, thanks. First of all, I always empty my bladder first, as I have seen that it helps (just didn't know why, thanks). I haven't had a prostate exam, as I always thought I didn't need one until I was over 50. I have always had a problem with urination since I was a kid (I was told I have a small bladder?) and it has never been a problem before. As for the Kiegel excercises, I've heard of them, but thought that was for girls, I will start to try them and see if it helps. The one I heard of was essentially "helping myself" until just before finishing, then stopping, then waiting until flacid, then repeating FIVE or SIX times, and not allowing myself to finish. A) that takes like an hour to do properly B) that SUCKS! As for the breathing, that does work when she's in control, but when I'm in control (which is what she likes, of course) It doesn't help, or I stop focusing on it, so I will try this as well. I know that a portion of it is mental, but even when thinking about baseball, skateboarding, rotten food, or anything else, it still doesn't work. As for supplements, I am on ACG3 for prework, Blox saa's for postwork. Basic whey protein, multivitamins, fish oil and the like. I am also nearing the end of a cycle of A-HD as a test boost. This last one actually seemed to help out at first. About a week and half into my cycle, I had two separate occasions where I lasted long after she finished, without stopping, once with me in control and once with her. But other than those two times, it has been the same. Lastly, I really appreciate you replying, I am sure you know it is not easy for men to talk about this stuff, without a little embarasment that is. With that said, any and all help and advice is taken to heart. Thank you.

Are you taking zinc and or b6? Maybe vitamin d3. Cuz when I took that stack I could barely last over 2 minutes.

D3 yes, and there is B6 in my multi. No zinc though, that I can see on any labels. Is it anyone of them individually that could do that? or is it the whole stack? Have you done any research? I can't tell you how long I have been taking them, as it is just a daily routine and my mom's voice in the back of my head saying "take your vitamins". So, I don't know if that is the cause. When you stopped, did it get better?

I take zma and 100mg of zinc mid day and my libido is through the roof. I would try taking some time off from ur d3.

Hope this is helpful. There all basic links but just to give u a rough overview

Pump one off before hand, and get some of that male lotion that desensitizes your penis a lil bit(Its an ointment) and rub some onto the sensitive part of the shaft/head.

Have you talked to her about it? Might help take a little pressure of yourself if you sat down and chatted about it.
