Help wanted: final stack for fat loss

Yes, that is in the fat burners I have been using. You think that will help leaning out aroubd the lower belly?

Yohimbine hcl or alpha-yohimbine on an empty stomach is great for targeting stubborn fat. My go-to is y-hcl first thing in the morning before breakfast and sprints or LISS cardio.

Y-hcl can cause anxiety and other side effects in some users, so alpha-yohimbine might be the way to go. TA-2 Max would be a great solution if you're looking to add in extra alpha-y to your stack.

Guys adding a question here to avoid opening a new thread. Is there something that will effectively attack lower belly/love handles fat? I know fat loss can not be directed to any specific area but what about any results from topical products?

Anything that improves insulin sensitivity hits that area for me, plus lower back and surprisingly the fat just below the calves. Assass1nate looks like a good option.

Thanks! I am currently taking Bloodshr3d raw on an empty stomach in the morning but regretfully not to do some exercise but to go to the office ;-(

I have a very simple solution for that. Go to sleep an hour earlier, wake up an hour earlier, and do your cardio :)

Yes, and I know you are right on that but mornings won't work for me due to habits (no one else to blame). But I do work out 2-3 times a week in the afternoon after the office.

Alpha Y *fasted* ---> but most don't serve it up high enough.

Check out Radiate. You'll be sweating in 30 mins just sitting at your desk like you were in a sauna. And we got that good-good serving of Alpha Y.

Thanks for the above. If you are willing to spend some minutes and explain why that would be awesome. The more I read the more I realise there is a lot I don't know but I really want to learn on the subject!

Yohimbine is best for stuborn fat. Those areas are typically common for most men: midsection, chest etc. To see those, however, you'd have to be quite lean. For instance, you will be seeing veins somewhere (legs?) but not in the abs. Then you whip out yohimbine. Until then you can work on blood sugar control that would both make you leaner and have you lose some extra from the midsection: front and back. You could run everything at once but by rotating products you get to learn things along the way.

Thanks machinehead I really appreciate you taking the time. I will follow your adivse here and add Asses1nate to my stack for the insulin regulation.

What is your view on topical fat burners? Do tou think something like Absolute Adliberate would help on my situation? Or would it be better for leaner times?

Those would help just like oral yohimbine would as they would release fat from the cells. Again, results would be more visible when leaner. SuperNova seems to be an exception though and people get results even eating at maintenance and when not lean.

Just read the article and based on what I understood then Yohimbine administered orally would probably do little to nothing regarding fat loss for men? I am confused then now why so many fat burners carry it as the start component....?

Because it feels like it is working?

There is much anecdotal feedback about taking it pre fasted cardio and having "good" results.

it does little to nothing in a sense that it doesn't directly burn fat. it just helps to release it and it is up to you to burn it as fuel. that's why it is best used in the morning, when you're fully fasted (since insulin will "kill" any effect that yohimbine might have on fat release). you should follow the morning dose with some sort of cardio, preferably LISS.

tl;dr - take yohimbine along with caffeine on an empty stomach (in the morning) and then go for a 30 - 60min run.

cortisol control supps (Reduce XT) should help with that too.

Nothing wrong with that, I use it the same way. I fast for an additional 4 hours after waking up. This helps me stay focused at work and gives me energy. So far really liking it :-) I use it also for cardio, just don't do cardio often.

Thanks! I feel a little less bad about myself now. I normally do the same: take upon waking up and fast all the way till linch with the only exception of some green teas. Which I hope are fine.

Yep that's fine. The biggest reason we say not to eat around Bloodshr3d is because of the rauwolscine and not wanting to spike insulin with food. It pairs great with exercise as the lipid mobilization is increased even further, but it will still work without.

So, basically eating right after taking Bloodshr3d would do what: counter the effects of the product and be a waste in that sense OR even worst be counter productive to your cut and increase weight?

Thanks once again!

It's not like it'll render it ineffective, there are other ingredients besides rauw in there. But if you want to take advantage of that particular compound, then use it in a fasted state.

Ignit3 is 5 caps per day, take it on an empty stomach and don't eat right afterward (let the rauwolscine do its job without an insulin spike). It's potent so if you want to split dose it you can.
Sup3r-Shred 2 caps per day, 1 before each meal.
Forskolin has been studied at 50mg for 12 weeks or 100mg for 8 weeks, you could do either. Split dose it if you're getting GI sides..

VO2Maxima two questions, as I have both of these supps

1. How long after taking Ignit3 can you eat, and still reap the full benefits?
2. Do you feel that there is a tolerance potential for Forslean (Forskolin) if taking it for longer than the length of the 12 week study?

TIA !

I'd wait at least 1-2 hours after taking Ignit3 before you eat.
The longest studies I've seen with forskolin have been 12 weeks, and I haven't run it longer than that, personally (usually I run it for 8, I've done 12 once or twice though). I'd recommend 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off at the longest, To be honest, I couldn't tell you whether there's a point of diminishing benefit, but I tend to recommend based on the literature that I've seen.

No idea how applicable, but my reading of this would be to cycle (and really, once you are lean, really no need to take it IMO):

11.2. Tolerance

Aortic cells normally increase calcium uptake in response to cAMP, although it appears that a 20 hour incubation of 25µM forskolin can desensitize these cells to stimulation from cAMP despite adenylyl cyclase not being desensitized, suggesting refractory adaptation on another level.[78] Other cells have noted refractoriness at the level of protein synthesis and can be mimicked by isoproterenol (β2-adrenergic agonist).[79]

It seems that while adenylyl cyclase itself is not desensitized or altered in function with exposure to forskolin, prolonged elevations of cAMP cause proteins to be synthesized in an attempt to normalize intracellular cAMP levels.

I have amazing results with Fucoxanthin and Forskolin. Forskolin at 750mg twice per day is amazing stuff.

Yes the 20% variety. I am suspect over the 95% ever since I got scammed at Amazon. Want to hear tragic. I had an employee throw out 2kg of 95% Forskolin at $2300 per kilo. I was devastated...

The 95% was slightly off white. I got some 95% on Amazon and it was brown as ****. lol I am so pissed...all the Folskolin at Amazon is **** from what I see. I am thinking of making one for MM. Pure Forskolin 20% 200mg per capsule.

There are a couple of legit F95 products. I have used OL Forslean and PES Forskolin-95+. If you time it right they can be had for a pretty good price. The last sale on Forslean I grabbed a bunch of bottles at $14 each (from OL directly, if I recall, $4.99 or $5.99 shipping for the dozen bottles I ordered). So I am set for F95 for a while :)

I read somewhere that if you are +20% BF then a product like Reduce XT would actually be a waste. Can someone confirm or deny this statement?

Thanks!
No, cortisol levels don't discriminate bf%. The results would be less pronounced bc the difference between 15% and 20% isn't as drastic as 15%vs 10%, visually. Get what I'm saying?

Thanks. I took it while bulking, trying to minimize fat gain. I had great success last year in leaning out while using it, moderate success in controlling my bulk. I am back trying to cut now but stopped F95 a couple of weeks ago because I felt I had developed a tolerance for it based on body comp markers and general "feel". Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the reply and yes absolutely understand. Bottom line I need to get myself below 15% now ;-)

I will probably get a bottle of Reduce XT which I heard is one of the best and add it to my stack. Was actually thinking on running this in my stim break.

Those are definitely legit, but extract % doesn't matter. So long as it's standardized for real Forskolin, go with the most bang for the buck, be it 10%, 20%, or 95%. 20% of 250mg is actually more Forskolin than 95% of 50mg :D And it's Forskolin's MOA that causes increased intestinal motility, not the "other stuff" in a 10 or 20% capsule. The one thing you can be certain of (more so) with a Sabinsa product - is quality, but they make 10 and 20% too. And there *are* other suppliers that are legit, if my time on the toilet is any indication :D (I tried Eric's ^ 150mg (Foskolin) at once protocol yesterday - uh, no thanks! :D)

Does make you **** in the beginning. Lol gives me horrid heartburn too. Burns fat like a mother!

Would assume Forskolin 95 from PES is a safe bet?

In terms of quality, yes. Regarding stomach issue, it is individual but some are safe :D One reason I prefer forskolin when not dieting is that the larger volume of food makes the experience better.

Strong this.

I'll never forget the moment I was sitting in one of my neuro courses years ago and cholera toxin came up. Similar MOA in terms of AC activation cascade. Instantly started laughing at all the BS marketing supp companies were saying at the time about "impurities of coleus" causing diarrhea. It is very much the indication that it's working.

Reduce XT is great on a stim break. I would suggest waiting to run the Reduce XT until you are deep into your cut though, as that is when cortisol levels are highest.

I am 24kgs down and 8 more to go. Would this be an ideal timing?

Impressive progress! Looks like you have been dieting for 5 months so it probably would be appropriate to add in Reduce XT now. That is a long ass time to diet! Keep it up!

Thanks and yes have been in this since mid October but had tons to lose so I don't conplain!

Good news is that my order arrived today (was not expecting it for at least one more week!) but I got not Norcodrene (original formula) to stack with Shift and also Ignit3 to stack with Assess1nate.

Not sure now whether yo add Reduce XT to any of these or maybe wait for in between the cycles (?)

Adding more supps to a stack usually results in dimishing results from the individual supplements. I would probably run 2 at a time. Maybe ignite with assessinate and shift with Reduce XT?
