Hey,

So i traded some supps for:

Evomuse Abs Abliderated x2
Evomuse slintensity x2
Evomuse epitome x2

I wanted to ask dsade, what would be the best way to utilise these, as i am currently bulking. Also im 19, would any of these have adverse effects, would i be best off just selling them?

Not dsade, but can offer my personal experience with all those products.

Epitome works best on those over 20% body fat or under 12% body fat.
If you are either of those, you can use it. Take 1 to 2 caps per day in
between meals.

Slintensity is a GDA and should be used before carb meals to help partition nutrients.
Great supplement on a lean bulk or bulk.

Ab Ab is great anytime either while cutting or bulking. It is primarily used for cortisol
control and helping to reduce visceral fat, which is the fat around your organs.

No side effects that i have ever seen.

Can be stacked with pretty much anything else.
dsade can probably assist you better them me.. :)

You've got some great products and also some solid insight and advice from vujade .

Generally with someone 19, I'd say they aren't necessary; but they also shouldn't be detrimental in any way. If you're bulking, I would save the Epitome until a time you're looking to cut (personally). One big reason for this is that for many it will absolutely kill your appetite (I didn't get that at first, but I do now and it's hard to want to eat -- not a good thing if you're looking to bulk).

As pointed out, Absolutely Abliderated is a topical fat loss agent that helps with controlling cortisol. You'll probably see the best results when using during a cut, but it will obviously benefit you during times of bulking as well, as it will help keep fat gain from happening/being as prominent (depending on your nutritional intake).

An Slintensity is one of my favorite products and the one you'll probably see the most benefit from right now. Save it for before meals with larger carb counts and enjoy the pump you'll get from having those carbs shuttle to your muscles instead of just into fat storage. It's not a magic pill in that there are no guarantees in that no fat will be stored, etc. -- but again, if your nutrition is on point, you should really see some great benefits from this.

If there are any other questions you have or any other ways we can be of help, just let me/us know!

I'll save the 'cutting' products for a while, im not big enough yet haha.

How many capsules of slintensity per day and how long before a big meal do i want to take it?

Thanks again :D
