I'm looking for a dosing schedule for alpha t2, aav2, and norcodrene. Currently I'm only taking the first two and norcodrene should be added in within the next week. Stats are 5'9" 170 looking to get as ripped up as possible before I start a long lean bulk. Diet is as follows.

2:45 wake up

Meal one - 3:30am
Instant oatmeal with a scoop of whey 69g carbs 33g protein
450 calories

Meal two 8:00am
Peanut butter with scoop of whey
32g fat 39g protein
520 calories

Meal 3- 11:00am
6oz chicken breast with broccoli
35g protein 165 calories

Meal 4- 3:00pm
6oz chicken breast with broccoli
35g protein 165 calories

Meal 5- 5:30 pre workout
Scoop of whey
25g protein 130 calories

Workout (lift/elliptical cardio) 6pm Monday, Wednesday, friday

Post workout meal 6 right after my workout or 7 on non lift days

Whey scoop 130calories 25g protein
Peanut butter
380 calories 32g fat 14gprotein

Vegetables for day- 7 cups broccoli 210 calories 29carbs 7 protein

Daily totals- 2,150 calories 213g protein 100-110g carbs. 64 g fats

I do 25 minutes cardio after my lifts to burn some extra calories and on my non lifting days I cut out the pre workout shake and half the oatmeal for breakfast for a total of 1,760 calories a day

Occasionally I replace a chicken meal with shakes to total the same or low fat cottage cheese as it's hard meal prepping workin 84 hours a week. But mostly try to stay on whole foods when cutting.
Also take my multivitamin and supplement extra fiber in

I'd shift your carbs all to post workout

I'd run aav2 and norco pre workout. As well as in the morning

Are you taking any othe products. Plus your calories seem a bit low.

My body seems to respond better when I keep carbs away from my workouts and I can workout fine without them. No other major supplementing. Been taking 2 aav2 and 2 at2 am, one at2 and 2 aav2 lunch, and 2 pre workout just looking where it would be beneficial to add norco in

Carbs would be post workout not pre. So you'd still be training without them.

I'd add 1 norco to each dose. Or one norco in the am and 2 with pre workout dosing
