Simplest dosing plan that I can think of would be as follows:
First 22.5 days: 3-AD @ 4/day, SDNG @ 2 pre-w/o only
Next 30 days: 3-4 Hyperdrol/day
Though I favor aPCT as your PCT instead of Hyperdrol, you could get away with this quite well. I'm not 100% on the dosing of Hyperdrol as your sole PCT item (Sinner or Gltrdone may chime in with more here), it may work. They may offer better advice on dosing it in this particular instance...
Though you are at 205lbs and the recommended dose of 3-AD for you would probably be closer to 6/day than 4/day, I kept you at a lower dosing to extend the cycle out. It's 22.5 days vs. 15 days. SDNG is worked in there as a pre-workout booster, NOT as a full-time prohormone product (as it should be in this case). Take it 1-2 caps pre-workout on workout days only. It'll give you a good load of smooth, relatively long-lasting energy. I use it as such almost all the time!
Dosing 3-AD should be relative to meals instead of worrying about taking it pre-workout, first thing in the morning, before bed, or whatever else. Your schedule is your own and would dictate convenience. But 3-AD should be taken with meals containing 15-20g of fats (healthy fats are good for you) in order to insure proper absorption into your system. Considering the times when you eat, there are times when you want quick absorption of food and times when you can affor slower absorption. Here's a rough breakdown using an average 5-7 meals/day plan:
Faster meals:
1st thing in the morning
Pre-workout
Post-workout
Slower meals:
Mid-morning meal
Later evening meal
Whenever they may fall into your schedule, dose 3-AD with the slower digesting meals. Fats slow absorption of foods, making them "slower" meals. In the average day, a mid-morning dose and a later evening dose of 3-AD will do you just dandy.
