Remember to make real gains you need to be in a surplus. Make sure you are eating enough
Of course, 4500-5k calories depending on if I add peanut butter and 250 protein 650 carbs 140 fat

Yes, with proper timing/G flux and/or the right hormones/doses, but he’s obsessed with an arbitrary addition to scale weight so he needs to keep the pedal down.

This is true...I never weigh myself anymore. I use to, but now I just go by the mirror, and how my clothes fit.
