Hello,
I am from Brazil and new to this forum, I am sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong sub-forum, however I thought this one was more appropriate.

Well, I'm 18 years old an I work-out for more than 2 years like twice a week. I also play varsity soccer basically everyday.
I'm 1,80m and currently 70kg.
I have always taken like hyper-calory milkshakes like perfect 3000 and one from muscle tech i forgot the name, because I had trouble gaining weight.

Now that I kind of achieved a satisfactory weight (i gained about 6kg in 1 year), my brother brought to me 2 products:
Nano X9 from muscletech,
Amplified Creatine from GNC
However, I don't know how to use them or even if i should use them.
Like the first one is anabolic and I don't know the consequences this could bring to my health since i have never experienced nothing like it.
What do they do and if it is recommended.

Thank you very much for your help.
I would appreciate your help on tips about these products

im pretty sure they are not going to fuk up ur health just take them as they say on the instructions

Well I had to reply because I've tried it and didn't like it and I also researched it and this is what I've found.

Nanox9 is dangerous for your health. While reading the ingredients on the package and the testimony of other people having allergic reactions I've decided to investigate further on the product. The one thing that got me really interested was Muscletech labeled "Hardest Formulation Legally Available." I read all the forums and replies that people have posted and I'm not happy with it. CL White Blood included "we included the best antioxidants around to make sure that free radicals are "cleaned up" when the nitric oxide effects disperse. In our opinion, any nitric oxide supplement that does not include antioxidants is being irresponsible." Also, Yohimbe HCL is dangerous and you should not take no more than 30mg of it as can seriously harm your health and Nanox9 has 3,520 mg of only 3 caplets. There require you to take 6 caplets if you are a professional and thats 7,040mg

It's up to you, but I would never take it again, the creatine is fine tho.
If you would like my suggestion for pre-workout supplement you would love Jacked from USP Labs and also Prime is amazing to take with Jacked. They are also very safe, either product is amazing by themselves. As well with prime, it takes a bottle to see good results which lasts about a month, and the second bottle that's where you see the real results, and starting monday there is a sale on Nutraplanet.com 2 bottles of prime for $69.99 so pretty much the second bottle free. You can also find Jacked there and it's only $23.99 really amazing prices. Well that's my suggestion for supplements but I would never waste my money on muscle tech products, they have very terrible supplements lol I hope that helped a bit good luck buddy!

Thank you man. I'd like to see other opinions about nanoX9 just to see if other people share your opinion.
By the way, i was searching the forum and i noticed that you guys all seem to agree that muscle tech sucks a lot. Can you tell me why?

Another thing...about the creatine I have to ake 2 pills per day, however I don't know when to take them. I have read in some forums that people take it in the morning and work out like 5 hours later...I have also seen people taking just before working out.

Im takin the NaNo X9 right now and idk i like it but ive heard alof of bad things about muscletech from people so its really up to you...im going to finish the NaNo off and i wont be going back to muscletech products....But thats just me.... ive also heard u can find alot better products at a better price then muscletech... just passing along what ive been told.... Hope the best for ya bro....

Muscle tech sucks so bad, because their supplements barely do anything, at most they might add 5lbs to your bench press, but hydroxycut hardcore will give you the shits, their creatine will make you bloated and when your off it you get the worse water retention look on your body. Gakic is probably the only supplement they have that will up your strength right away, but you have to take 8 huge pills before your workout and the bad part is you lose all your strength right away when you stop taking it but pretty much there supplements don't do anything definitely false advertising on there half lol

For the creatine I've seen 2 different ways, before and after workouts or in the morning and after your workout, I find they both work the same.
