Help Me Stay Natty.. For Now

Okay so I am back for a bit trying to get back on track. Lol So after my 15 week run of Test, Tbol, and 4 weeks of Tren I had a rough time to say the least. The Tren ended up completely mind ****ing me at the end so I ended everything early. I ended around 225 and ended PCT at around 210. PCT went amazing in the libido category, I had no drop at all and now weeks after I'm still doing good. I got sick the first two weeks of PCT and could barely eat anything and then the weight loss made my nerve issues come back which causes a lot of elbow pain for most movements, so that really restricted me.

Now that the new semester has started I'm getting back on track with everything. I've been holding back calories as best I can and I'm at around 205 pounds waking in the morning. I am wanting to do a recomp/slow cut. I'm trying to stay around 2800 calories and no cardio right now, but I don't hold back if I'm just starving. I've never really done a recomp or good successful cut, I am always super flat and muscle fullness goes away.

I'm starting back on Creatine and Betaine pre workout and I have some Conquer Unleashed on the way. I've been gone for a while it seems so I have no idea what new stuff has come out. I was looking into some GDAs, and possibly some stim free fat burners. I'd like to stay stim free, because on Tren I would basically go 36 hours without sleeping then only sleep an hour or two and so now I cherish my sleep too much to interrupt it again lol

I just want something that can help with the cut/recomp and mainly help keep my muscles full still. I know X Gels and Epic Unleashed are good, I'm just looking into some more options.

Also, if anyone has any tips on how to go about diet and training right now I'd appreciate it. My work and school schedule is the fullest it's ever been so it is going to be rough.
 
Tr1umph will work wonders helping to maintain fullness, Slin Max is a great gda those two would make a nice combo to help stave off fat accumulatiom.

During a recomp i like to hit it hard and fast then get some cardio in and call it a day.
 
If you wanted to go the natural hormonal route, AlphaMax is great for a recomp. The F95 increases cAMP and has been shown to increase lean tissue and help with fat loss. It does contain Arimistane, so I don't know how your joints would do with that. Everything is an open label, so you know the doses of everything in it, which are full doses anyway.

If you wanted to stay away from anything hormonal, you did mention looking into a GDA. SlinMax is fairly new and is a complete GDA. It contains a full dose of Na-r-ala. SlinMax also contains Berberine. Some users have mentioned that get "food pumps" which is just a nice vascualr look and muscle fullness look after eating a carb rich meal. If taken pre workout with a carb heavy meal, pumps are usually increased as well.

As far as diet goes, I think for a cut/recomp your calories are at a good spot. I would track your weight fluctuation weekly and see if you're losing or gaining weight and adjust accordingly. I would keep protein at 1g per pound. Fat intake should be no less than 20% of your total daily calories, and then fill the rest in with carbs to hit your total calories for the day.

As far as staple supps, you sound like you have a good grasp on that. Creatine is a definite must. I would suggest looking into Cremax XT as your creatine source, because it includes some extra ingredients to help with muscle pump, fullness, and recovery. Also, Olympus Labs just came out with their new product Tr1umph which has been getting a ton of great feedback recently. Its a PA product with a great profile of other essential ingredients that will aid in strength, mass, and recovery. Ergonine from PES would also be another great daily product to be taking as a staple - which is essentially Tr1umph without the PA.

For a GDA, I would recommend Slinmax or Recompadrol to use before high carb meals or refeeds.

Obviously, if you can afford it, ArA would be a great addition to any natty stack to help with strength and size. PES also released a revised version of ABE that has been getting great feedback too. There's a lot of great new natural anabolic products out now that would be of great benefit to you. Sounds like you've been through a lot with anabolics, so I'm glad to hear that you're choosing to back off for a bit and focus on the basics. Good luck with your goals and progress brother
 
I'll second anabeta elite. Also to stay dull on a cut keep your carbs higher... if you aren't on and anabolics that's the only way
 
I'll have to check out Tr1umph, that's new to me.

Slim max seems to be popular, I've looked at it some, what's the best way to dose it? 1 cap before every 25g carbs or more meal, 2 on cheats or bigger meals? I'll look at some logs.

Also is there any product to run alongside ARA that has the GMS and LCLT or similar ingredients in it that will work as those do with it? I think I remember Soy Lecithin maybe doing this? I could be wrong.
 
Yea for SlinMax, for bulking we generally recommend 2 capsules twice per day about 5-15 minutes before a meal containing 50-100 grams carbs, users notice a huge increase in all day muscle fullness, hardness and vascularity, mid section stays tight and even possibility for slight leaning down.

For cutting were looking at 1 cap 15-20 minutes, 4 times per day, before meals containing aprox. 25 gram carbs, noticing reduce in bloat, better digestion, leaning of the mid section and increase vasculairty and fullness!
 
Phosphatidic acid, for both mTOR and Glut-4 signaling.

If you don't like the taste of soy or sunflower lecithin, go with Tr1umph.

Great way to inspire you to stay natty, in that it is effective and well liked as a natural option. It will increase your appetite, give you some of that alpha feel you may be missing by helping you have more muscle fullness, better partitioning to muscle tissue so gains are more LBM than fat mass.

Includes Forskolin-95, which on its own is one of the better natural ingredients there is for recomposition effects (it assists fat loss and also LBM gain)

Top it off with CistaMAX for hormonal and sexual health benefits and synergy with all said above.

I haven't run it a dozen times because I dislike it ;)


I would suggest Ergonine but you have creatine/TMG already, next time ;)

Yeah I had a rough time towards the end and some troubles during PCT so I scaled back my involvement in things.

When I get into something I tend to go all in and I was focusing way too much on the gym and everything and neglecting classes and my girlfriend.. I had to step away for a while and realize I'm not doing this for a living and learn to relax on it and just have fun with it. Lol

In my experience, two single best ingredients for recomp are phosphatidic acid and F95. Get your PA dose right and youll look full as fuk.
 
Too many options, just stacking the right ones is the hardest to decide. Some will go crazy and it just get stupid expensive. In my experience ara/abe is still king for a recomp/bulk. With PA, it's so cheap that you can throw that in any cycle for fun. I honestly don't get the acute effects from it so i take it for health benefits.

Yeah I'm trying to keep it inexpensive, college, furniture, and rent are about to bend me over these next few months lol I've been lucky enough to live for free so far during college.

No more $400 cycles out of the blue anymore �� Trying to keep it natural and inexpensive for a while.

Flavor reviews on TR1UMPH have been stellar so far, for both Peaches & Cream and Orange Creamsicle.

It seems like a solid option, especially if I end up using x gels.

I'd go with Tr1umph and if you want, grab a couple $8 tubs of Fearn granuals to add into it along the way.

This is the exact reason why I, and others, suggest people run products solo before stacking them. Even though some supplements work great for some, they do not for others. No one will know this by running 3 different supps for the first time at once. Reps to you.

Ana Beta, X-Factor, and Tropinol XP are my favorite bulking natty supplements.

Yes sir. ArA is very nice. My strength went up nicely both times I have used it. I ran it with Activate Xtreme when it was popular and had very nice recomp effects + strength. Would definitely recommend ArA.
 
PA+X gels+agmatine/nitrates will have you feeling almost as full as you were on cycle.

The 913mg in tr1umph is a good dose. Give it 2-3 weeks before increasing the dose. I like between 1 and 2g of PA.

You won't need SL if you're going with triumph. I say pick one and run it high dose
 
X-factor was really good. I have been seeing good review on PA, just started taking it three days ago each day I had insane pumps.
I also just started CORE alpha which has a very good profile. TESTIFY PRO seems to be the talk around here, may give that a go myself

Sounds like a solid straight forward stack man. I think you'll be pleased. Tr1umph has you covered for SL, no need for any additional. I'm getting into my third week on Tr1umph and I've really been enjoying it. I just feel like my muscles look fuller throughout the day. Between ArA and Tr1umph you're gonna have some insane pumps!

I was also curious to know what your dosing protocol is going to be for Slinmax (how many grams of carbs with how many caps). I'm always interested in seeing how people respond to different dosing setups. Are you going to be tracking calories and macros?

I'm not sure on the SlinMax just yet. I will be keeping calories in a deficit most of the time but I'm not going to hold back if I'm still hungry or craving something. I will probably take 1 cap before meals 25-50g and if it's much more carbs than that I may take 2 before. I will just have to see how I feel, I've never taken a GDA before.

Sounds like a solid plan for starters. Its nice that you have the flexibility of 1 or 2 caps with Slinmax. My rule of thumb is anything over 60-70g of carbs I'll take two. I always take two before cheat/refeed meals too - it really cuts down on the water retention and bloating after a big meal. You'll definitely enjoy it!
