I was needing some outside info on what would be a good starter to get me about 10 lean/dry lbs whether it be juice or PH. I have taken PH in the past and it really didnt give me the results i was looking for i am 5'10 and about 175 and am trying to keep a slim build but gain muscle. A friend of mine has given me a suggestion of a test/win cycle but what is the educated opinion?
