I went from 145 to 205 in two years exactly, may 02- may 04. Of course not all of that 60lbs was muscle, but my bf is the exact same if not a tad lower that it was at 145.
Ive read plenty of first cycle logs that people have grown off of 250-350 mgs a week of test for a first cycle. If your diet and training is on point, you will grow, trust me. Im a prime example of that.
