Alright so Ive been confused as hell with all of this stuff and need some clarification

When someone says to do a cycle of say:

Heladrol: 50/75/75/100/100/125 - this refers to how many mg's per day of 7 days of 6 weeks?

PCT: - Does this start directly after the Heladrol cycle?

Clomid: 100/50/50/25 - Why only 4 days and not 6?
Erase: 0/0/3/3/2/1 Is this still mg's? or pills?
DAA: 3/3/3/3/3/3 Again why 6 days of DAA?

and what does it mean when someone says "forged pct assist rec dosage"

Is there an anabolic bible somewhere?

It's 4 weeks of clomid as a trickle down effect to allow your body to slowly ween off the help..

The erase is in pill quantity per day.... Starting week 3 of pct for 4 weeks.

The daa is dose per day for six weeks

The pct is directly after because your body will be in shock. Your t level will be in the pits and your artificial t will not be there any longer so you start immediately to try and minimize recovery time.

The hella is dosed how it says per day for a total of six weeks so 50 mg a day for week one, 75 a day week two etc

Hella spaced apart as evenly as possible. When getting to higher doses people prefer 2 caps pwo or 50 mg. Then space rest accordingly.

Clomid doesn't really matter, timing wise.

Daa I prefer 30 mins pwo.

Erase evenly spaced.
