Right guys,

Next cycle plan with limited funds, so have the following two options for a recomp whilst on the ECA stack - need to work across all three core variables of a successful recom, cortisol, estrogen and testosterone:

Option 1
Triazole (Lower estrogen, increase total and free testosterone)
Lean Xtreme (Manage cortisol, increase testosterone)

Option 2
Erase (Lower estrogen, manage cortisol)
New Activate Xtreme (Increase total AND free testosterone)

My gut feeling is that option 2 would be better as I'll be managing cortisol, estrogen and importantly increasing free test. But my concern is that erase my not be as good when it come cortisol control which will be a real issue as I'll be on the ECA stack.

So what do you erudite chaps think?

For a recomp I would go with Option 2. Any reason you aren't using Triazole/New Activate Xtreme as that would be my preference.

EDIT: I suppose the Triazole/Activate Xtreme is more expensive than Erase/Activate Xtreme?

If you have limited funds, then you could just go with the cheapest stack, since either stack would work.

You also have the option of stacking Activate Xtreme and Lean Xtreme for your goals.

As warsteiner said, you can also stack Triazole and Activate Xtreme, and use other means re cortisol control.

From personal experience, I would definitely say include Activate Xtreme in your stack.

Thanks guys...yeah I responded very well to the old version. My only reason for going with Erase was the cort control and not having to buy a third supplement in the stack. So if I went with Triazole and Act X, my preferred option, what could I do about cort control especially considering I'll be on the ECA stack.

NON-supplement cortisol management:
* Manage your stress
* Get adequate recovery
* Sleep 7-8 hours every 24 hours

SUPPLEMENT cortisol control:
* Vitamin C
* Cissus

If any of your staples contain these, then that would solve that. If not, then they are cheap enough. Osteobolin-C from Applied Nutriceuticals actually contains both and is cheap.

Otherwise, you could just add in Lean Xtreme for the complete and ultimate Driven Sports recomp stack.

Although not a specific option listed, I'd go with ActX and LX.

^^^This is what I would do - hence why I suggested it.
