Have you ever run a "Cut" on *just* a caloric deficit and maybe Caffeine? You may want to do that for a month, and take meticulous measurements (Scale, Caliper, Tape Measure in Millimeters). That way you can get an average "weight loss per week". Then when you add a supplement, you'll know if it works, how much, and if the cost is worth it (as opposed to just dieting for a couple more weeks).
