Help me build a good cycle

Hello there,

I want you, please, to help me build a good steroids cycle.

I seek a good compromize between size/strengh gain and safety/little sides effects.

So, Can you tell me what should you use, the dosage and the correct PCT.

I prefere to ask some "rep" people, to insure I won't go wrong

Also, I heard that Finasterid will block 5-alpha, that mean no DHT conversion, right ? Does it mean no acne & no hair loss possible ?
But, does it have a big reduction on size/strenght gain ?

THANKS

age? experience? Give us a little info about your self. We cant really help untill we know were your at as far as training and goals.

yeah with one year under your belt you might want to wait on that(i would suggest at least a year). I think they are best used at your natural peek when you are at your physical peek. I dont know too much about gh releasers. But you might wanna look into the ALRI jungle warfare/bad ass mass/ restore cycle. I love there products and these are some of my favorite supplements.... good luck man

This makes me sick!!!

You haven't realized 1/10th of your body's natural potential.
With one year of training you are nowhere near ready to use anabolic steroids. Give yourself time to grow naturally, do research, and get your diet straight.

You are not anywhere near ready to use steroids. Your training has not even come close to attaining its natural potential.

Did I mention that enough times for you? Did you get it?

This goes for all you other IDIOTS out there as well...

If you have not trained for at least five years, learned how to diet properly, extensively researched anabolic steroids, training, diet, and phisiology.... Then you are nowhere near ready to even attempt using steroids.

More and more people, at a younger and younger age, are hopping on the "steroid bandwagon" with little to ZERO knowledge on training, diet, supplementation, and the phisiology of the human body, not to mention ZERO experience in these areas.

I'm sorry to rant, but take my advice...

Do some research, train hard, learn to diet properly, and see how you naturally progress. Starting to use steroids at this point would do nothing but cause you problems and do you harm.

did you not here what he said?.. he said he wasnt looking for "steroid" cycle.. he just posted in the wrong area.. reed the reply to what i told him, and positive incouragement and criticism is much more productive then flamming someone.... just my oppinion..:nono:

The first thing he asked was for help in building a steroid cycle. Asking for advice on steroid use after less than one year of training is insane, and I'm not "flaming". I am expressing my opinion on how steroid use in the uninformed, uneduacted, and inexperienced is causing major problems. It is very obvious that he has little to no knowledge on training, diet, or steroids. Serious and irreversible damage can be done by improper steroid usage, and I'm "flaming" him???

completely agree... wheni told him pretty much the same thing he said he wasnt gonna use them... i just think the same thing can be expressed with out calling someone an idiot.I think the same way as you.. steroid use needs to be taken seriously. But explaining instead of yelling will help someone understand alittle better... but F*uck it you can yell at as many newbs as you want...

It's true people are going to use steroids despite their inexperience or lack of knowledge.

I just think it's so unbelievable how eager young people are to use steroids when they haven't even put in time training and dieting hard yet...

yeah i know what you mean i have buddies that hit me up all the time... i laugh, and tell them put on 20 lbs naturally then hit me up...haha.. I try to help people understand why they shouldnt other then just tell them...

The fact is I have many knowledge about Steroids, read many website, forum etc.
But I'm here to have another opinions and so, to insure I won't go wrong.

And yes, of course, you are a very wise man ... Perhaps, are you the futur Einstein ?

Yes of course, it's absolutly a non sense to use steroids, I'm only 21, but you, Ô elder wisdowm incarnation, you are 22 !!! WOW !!! AMAZING, How did you get that ? 22 years ! it seems to be so incredible !

"I CAN USE STEROID, BUT YOU CAN'T, BECAUSE YOU ARE ABSOLUTLY INFERIOR THAN ME !" Yes, it's wellknown by many geeky primitif man, between at exactly your 22th birthday, a sort of phenomenon change your whole body to be able to use steroids, isn't it ?

Please Come on, don't play your little superior smartass ! Steroids is all every "category" there are mild one, and strong one.... Did you see in my thread (if you can read world that don't start by "****") I ask you for a compromise between results and safety.

So, if the safest thing is that I don't use, so, I don't use. But who are you to tell me I'm an idiot ?

And, I tell before you post, I'll probably consider "HGH releaser" and as far as my "non knowledge go", HGH benefit is still noticeable without exercice ...

I hope this is not directed to me....:saw:

It doesnt have anything to do with age, Its more a lack of experience. Two to three years is the minimum to even continplate a steroid cycle you want your boddy at its genetic peek so that this cycle can be as effective as possible.

And moreso diet + training to be really dialed in. it takes that long to truly understand your body, your diet, and how to get exactly what you want from it. So much is trial and error, you haven't trialed and errored that much in a year :D

same goes for the lifting part really. With some steroids, seeing 20% strength growth in a week isn't unheard of. if you dont have good form, and dont have a good specific exercise program you are following that hits all muscle groups evenly, you can easily injure yourself, hurting tendons or joints that will take long time to heal.

Between the two of those two, not having enough experience means you just end up doing the same damage to your body, without getting as much benefit as you could. gaining 12lbs on superdrol with 6 of it being fat is a total waste. gaining 15lbs on it with 3 being fat isn't bad at all

You guys are right and well intentioned.

I'm just sitting here laughing at this kid who is 1 year younger than the people who are lecturing him and he's so frustrated and can barely communicate his anger at the situation b/c he can't speak english well! LOLOLOLOLOL
