i need the most effective non stim fat burner there is. unlike most of you guys, im pretty much a fatass with alot of belly fat. does lean xtreme really reduce belly fat? any help would be greatly appreciated.. just wanna know what fat burner would help me lost weight? i gotta lost at least 20 or 30 lbs.

Bro, im going to tell you something it took me 3 years to learn in simple steps which took me on a journey from 330lbs down to 154lbs back to 320lbs and now at 290lbs.

Nothing and i mean nothing comes close to nailing your diet.
Eat like you always have for one week, record EVERYTHING
Buy yourself a calorie book then calculate your total cal intake (include protein, fats, carbs and fibre)
Reduce this by 500 each week until you see steady weight loss, with 30lbs to lose, if you rush it you will be left with sagging skin (trust me)
Add in cardio, use steady state at first, then progress on to HIIT when you feel you can
Lift weights, do no neglect them or you will look like some skin hanging on bones like i did when i hit 154lbs
Add in a supplement that reduces appetite, this was a must for me particularly after 6pm

Sounds like hard work? Then your need to lose 30lbs isnt greater than your want for food.

On the note of supplements, Lean Xtreme is nice, but nothing beats an ECY stack.

Ive used this one in the past as well as making my own

Word. NO pill is going to make you drop that weight. Its is going to take a lot of hard work and dedication, but trust me, I'll tell you first hand that when people start noticing your results you will feel like the king of the world.

Diet is the key to fat loss. If you don't have your diet in check, it will be very difficult to lose fat. Once you get into the routine of healthy eating and exercise then you can consider a fat burner, but before then a fat burner is really pointless.
