Dude is looking for convenience, it doesn't get any more convenient then that.
If you can drink a regular shake, you can drink one with egg whites, period.
And if you can't handle that, you might as well look for a different hobby, like quilting or something.
I love me some eggs....I eat them everyday. Everyone's pretty much summed it up, just find a protein replacement in the mornings. Preferablely something other than a shake because solid protein sources are always more beneficial than liquid.

thats what I do, I have no appetite in the morning when I wake....So I just throw down 50 grams of whey or egg protein. you gotta do what you gotta do to get the protein in, and that is that![]()

Look up recipes online for Tuna. Typically pretty cheap and it can taste alright if you find a good recipe for you.The title says it all. I'm trying to find something to fill the void
