Help! Fina Disolving Question?

Ya, i'm in the process of my first tren homebrew, i added the BA/BB mix to the crushed fina pellets and after a bit
swirled the solution, now chunks are stuck to the sides of the bottle. Is it ok to add the oil to the solution before its completely disolved
will it disolve in the oil ok? or what else can i do to get the chunks back down to the bottom?

I'm a little confused. You added the pellets to the BA/BB before removing the binders? If so, it is the binders that are stuck to the side of the bottle. You may have a crashed experiment. You need to remove the binders first.
 
i'm just in the first couple steps, i crushed up the pellets, then added them to the disolving solution, i then swirled the bottle, i guess a bit too vigourously? now there is some small not dissolved pieces on the sides of the bottle, what i'm asking is. if i add the oil now without everything being disolved, and let it sit. will it sill disolve ok? or should i add more dissolving solution?
 
finafarm, it says to mix the crushed pellets and the mixing solution in the empty vial they provided, but the mixing solution didnt completly cover the crushed pellets, i used about 3ml with just 1 cart of finaplix-h. so i gave it a swirl to mix it up a little better and some stuck to the side. i dont really want to add more mixing solution cuz i dont want my shots to be real painfull. i just need to know if i add some of the oil to get the stuff off the sides, if it will still dissolve ok? i plan on running it through a coffe filter into another empty vial, and then runing it through a watman.
 
Here I have to plead ignorance, as I have never used a kit. I have always converted to powder and then to injectable. The video on their web site cracks me up. Anyway, it would seem to me (without having tried their conversion) that the BA/BB should help dissolve the pellets being that BA/BB is a good solvent. You may have to let it sit for a while.

I am assuming at some point in the process (I couldn't find any instructions on their web site) that you filter the solution to remove the binders?
 
yeah your going to have to filter that.
Next time just disolve it all in methonol then add water put in fridge over night filter crystals next morning add ba/bb and oil filter and your in buisness you end up with a clear golden goodness solution
 
wait a second.

You do need to swirl it around til you get all the little pieces down into the liquid on the bottom.

Then you still need to filter it through a coffee filter THEN add the oil. Then do the syringe filter and walla perfect tren.

Or am I in a time warp and now know nothing about converting Fina lol

hm I just looked at their kits. It seems they send them with the disolving snlution and the oil already combined. Then the video looks like you never use a coffee filter but you just go straight to a syringe filter. Having never done it this way I do NOT know but it SEEMS that you would clog the hell out of your syringe filter and have to push like a mad man to get all the oil to go through.

What do other people think?
 
i let it drip through a coffe filter overnight, then filtered it through a watman, i had a bit more left over in my coffee filter after it had all drained than some pictures i have seen, it that ok? also it never really turned a darker color? but i didnt use any heat at all during the process. is that normal? the finished product color is not much more darker than the sesame oil by itself. i hope its ok for my first time. i allready orderd more pellets though just incase =P

Yup, that was what I was thinking. It does look like you add the solution and the BA/BB and then filter. There is a little over a gram of binders per cart of fina. There is no way a single .45um filter can hold a gram of binders! The solution has to be disloving some of the binders. Or I'm just totally confused (which is usually the case). Personally, I would dump it and use the good old fasioned powder/acetone method.

It should be a bit darker, almost a rust color.

Probably smart. Adding the solution and the BA/BB before filtering scares the **** out of me.
 
you should mix the fina in the solution for about 30 min shaking slowly in the vile. Then add the oil when the pellets look dissolved, shake the heck out of and let it sit for a bit, then filter through the coffee filter overnight and then syringe filter it. If you dont use any heat when processing it should stay a nice golden color, if you use heat it will be a rusty brown color.

I know some people who put a marble in the solution with the fina pellets so it helps to break them up. Just dont shake too hard so as not to break the vile.
