hey everyone, about a week ago i woke up with a huge pain in my lower back, it was always there a little bit, but it just got way way worse over night. i tried doing squats on my leg day and i couldnt do it! and i dont even want to try doing deadlifts because those target the area that is in pain!......WHAT DO I DO!!!! im afraid that if i take squats and deads out of my routine i wont make big gains and my upper AND lower body will get smaller!!! i can do everything else just fine like leg press and lundges n stuff...but i cant do the legit compounds... let me know your thoughts!!
