Eh, not much of a selection. One broad has a nice, slim, toned body, but she's kind of an uptight, high maintenance type. Drives a Mini Cooper, wears humongous sunglasses, latest fashion, etc. Nice to look at though.

The only other AP-able broad is my buddy's gf, which is how I got hooked up with this gig in the first place.

The uppity hot broad is leaving in a month to pursue her MBA though. Hope they backfill her position with a hottie of equal stature.
 
Yeah she'll be backfilled alright.

There ain't much to look at here. Every once in a while I see something decent. But you never see anyone during the day because of the high cubes and our dept is in the corner of the building away from everyone.

My favorite is when they're arguing in the bathroom (I think about him dating Tony's sister, idk) and he goes "C'MON MANG"...hahahahaha, my buddies and I say it all the time now. Subtle line, nothing to do with the plot, but hilarious.
 
I just finished SFW with my old man. Did legs today.. I'm slowly progressing in the Squat department... i'm tall and it's hard for taller people.. anyhow, i'm still going up in weight. Since i've been done my Phera cycle, its been hard for me to increase my Flat Bench press... i'm at a stand still and it blows...

oh well,
 
Hammer your front delts and triceps if you want a higher bench press.

Try heavy close grip bench presses, ditch those faggoty tricep kickbacks or whatever it is you do, they do NOTHING.

Front delts, heavy BB front raises and BB shoulder presses.

GICH!

I'd agree with just about everything Will just said. Once I started doing Overhead Presses for shoulders and Close Grip Bench for triceps my regular flat bench #'s went right up.

Get after some military presses and skull crushers. So much shoulders/tri's involved in benching.
 
Actually guys, since i've been banned on BN, i changed my workout completely... and i hurt my shoulder a few weeks ago and haven't done anything for shoulders... but they are feeling better and i'll get back into it... i like doing Front Raises with the BB... they are nice..

and my dad started SFW with me about 4 weeks ago and he loves it. he is 60 years old now !!!
 
Triceps are the biggest key to a huge bench I think. Weighted dips are good to build up triceps if you don't do them already.

I guess I left out dips cause I don't do them. They're murder on my shoulder which have given me problems over the years.

But yeah, they kickass too.

If your goals is to move a lot of what I agree.

For the longest time I could push a lot of weight but did not have the chest development that I desired. I evaluated my execution and recognized that my tricep was overpowering my chest and therfore receiving the greatest work load. Once I used a technique that better isolated my pectoral muscles I have increased my chest development. Of couse this to the humility of accepting a lower workload. But it was well worth the trade-off.

I want to look strong. Being strong is not necessary.

+1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same exact thing here, maybe it's the angle/slot, but my shoulder does NOT agree with dips, which sucks cuz they seem like the best tricep lift you can do, apart from close-grip and skulls.

I need to develop my chest further and I think it's because of the same issue you had. My delts/tri's seem to do a lot of the work on bench.

What type of technique/grip did you employ to target your pecs?

I'm not sure I could take the ego hit with those #'s though. I'm already somewhat of a light bencher. :worried:
 
A lot of it was a focus on mind and muscle connection. Another factor was increased eccentric movement. Also trial and error with grip widths. Another brutal way was to pre-exhaust my triceps by training them first.

Yes, there is considerable ego check required.

I've got this BOSS G'n'R shirt...one of those "baseball" style tees with 3/4 sleeves. Skull with the top hat on the front, G'n'R, etc....then on the back it says "Get In The Ring Tour '91-'92". I'll try to snap a pic of it soon, you'd effin love it.

Wife found it for me someplace generic like Hot Topic or Target or something a coupla years back, I wear it almost every week.
