well i dont know how many of you followed my hella cycle but on cycle i went from 275 bench to 315. 275 powerclean to 295. and squat went up from 405ish to 430ish and went from 220 to 230. my cycle was 6 weeks long of 75/100/100/100/100/100. did nolva 40/20/20/10. welllllll 3rd week of pct i was down to about 227 and lost only a little strength and then bam i got super sick.
i thought it was just a virus at first has diarhea all day for 2 days straight and was completely exhauted and nauseated and was unable to lift. then on the forth day of week 3 of pct i had stomach cramps so bad it crippled me i had to go home from work and was easily the worst pain ive ever experienced. went to the ER and found out i had an illious (i think thats how u spell it) which means my intestines and bowels stopped working and everything basically everything was building up and nothing was getting out.
Hours later after muscle relaxers IV's the cramps stopped. after a couple days of clear liquid diet i finally had a solid poop! but i had lost a lot of weight and weighed 216.
overall i wasnt able to lift for the whole week lost a lot of weight and strength. its now the end of week 4 of my pct and im back up to 220 but not gaining anything else back and still a lot weaker. my whole cycle was ruined from one crappy week. i feel like i lost almost all my strength and i dont feel like the weight will be coming back. this sucks
 
This is why FIBER is so important. 3 Tablespoons of oat bran and 5oz of probiotic drink or kefir a day will keep this from happening. Digestive health is just as important as muscular or joint health when it comes to athletics.. Re-evaluate your nutrition and make smart choices...
 
read that whole story. that absolutely suck bro. but i got to agree with funkd0c, fiber is key. ever since going low carb/high protein i need fiber to operate. otherwise my stomach does a lot of disagreeing.
 
i would agree but i eat carbs all day whole grain bread, bagels, pasta you name it. this is why i was so upset was because i felt like i was doing everything right. ill lay our my diet plan it comes right out of the power eating food plan for high carb medium pro and medium to low fats but i add in more pro to the diet. idk maybe thats what did me in but still pretty upset i wasted all that time and effort to be back to where i started.
 
just because a product says whole grain on it doesn't mean it has enought INSOLUBLE fiber. Which is key in cleaning and exercising your colon. Bran does wonders, so do probiotics(yogurt, kefir, etc..) try getting 20g insoluble fiber along with 10g soluble and you should be fine. You might have an inbalance of good and bad bacteria...
 
ok. do u guys have any advice on gaining this back or do yall think its basically gone. just wondering if anyone had a similar experience post cycle
 
Eat big and train hard.. That's all ya got until you have taken the proper amount of time off and can cycle again.

Word man. This is really your only option at this point. Sorry to hear what happened to you, that really sucks but just use this as extra motivation to get back to where you were. Goodluck!
 
i had pneumonia after starting my tamifoxen pct. i've gotten a nasty cold while on it as well. i suspect it lowers my immune system a bit.
 
ya im eating as much as i can and just pounding away at that iron but ya getting sick post cycle is a real killer

i got sick during week 4 of my mlmg epi cycle. it sucked big time. wasnt able to maximize my gains, but i was still able to gain some, still tho, the cycle was a wash...
 
ya well atleast u kept some

true, but it still sucked. it openned my eyes a little to taking more cycle support type supps on cycle to prevent anything of this nature of hapenning again.
