Heat and sweating sides from Recreate

Naturally, I am a "warm" person. I'll sit at my desk w/ a long sleeve dress shirt and perspire a bit on my face and body at completely random times. I think my heart rate runs a little high, and while I'm not dripping, I do feel the warmth and the "glaze". And this is not after running around the office, it's at random times throughout the day, while at rest.

This is how I naturally am, without Recreate. I have 3 bottles of it and read how it really adds an extra degree or so to your body temp, and causes sweating even at rest. While working out, it's common to be dripping in sweat much moreso than usual.

I'm guessing many of the people who are sweating from Recreate don't naturally have the level of body heat like I do. So I'm guessing I'll be even warmer then they.

Is this something to be worried about? As in, could it be harmful to your health to get artificially hot and sweaty while at rest?

I'm planning on taking only half a cap in the morning to start out, and then move up to 1 cap, and stay there for a few days before I add 1 in for after lunch. But I'll probably max out there, and will probably not get there for a week.

How are those of you who work out in the evening but take a morning dose feeling during the day, before your afternoon dose? Are you getting hot and sweaty just sitting around?

The product was designed to illicit the most prominent thermogenic effect during exercise, and most user feedback reflects this. I personally do not feel much, if any, increased body temperature during rest, though that is an opposite story during exertion. I find even Yoga stretching can make me sweat profusely, though at rest I find no discomfort whatsoever.

These are my opinions, so take them with a grain of salt. However, you can review these threads which relate essentially the same opinions:

For the most part this has been the case for me, most of my heat increase has been during exercise. I have experienced some discomfort as I am a warm individual as well. I walk to work so I stay heated for a while when I am at work and is takes me a while to cool down. It does not take a big increase in activity for me to start feeling warmer. I am willing to gutt it out for the benefits however and it is really not that bad. Cardio is a adventure yes

Do you think it would help if you took it once you have already arrived at work?

When are you doing your cardio, how soon after your prior dose, and how many are you taking per day?

Why do you think that this is? So resting, no problems. Stretching and sweating profusely? What about simply walking around?

Also, same question I had in my prior post: How soon are you doing your activity after your dosage, or does the dose pretty much last in your system for quite some time?

I suppose it would help but I am no overly concerned at this point.

If I do morning cardio I guess it's about an hour afterwards, afternoon cardio it is 2 hours later. I am doing 2 and 1 right now, plan on doing 2 and 2 after this week.

Walking is not much of an aerobic response, while Yoga can be somewhat anaerobic; simply more energy exertion leads to a higher sweat response.

For me, it comes on w/ activity.

Right now, I'm inside, sitting and typing (duh), and I feel no sensation of heat or warmth; and if I go outside right now & begin sweeping the deck, moving the furniture around, mowing or whatever, I *STILL* won't feel like I have an elevated temperature...but I will start sweating, and all over, not just the pits or the crotch or my feet.

FTR, I don't sweat heavily or frequently, and I typically don't sweat from EVERY pore. YMMV of course, but why not try it on a weekend when you can dress for the office without having to go into the office, and give it a...ummm..."dry" run....

How soon after taking a dose would you not feel the effects while working out?

In other words, if I take a dose at 5pm and workout at 6:30pm, I imagine I'll be sopping. What if I take the dose at 1pm and then workout at 6:30pm, would it make much of a difference?
