Healthiest mass gainer!

Ok so i plan on getting a mass gainer to help with my weightlifting and muay thai. My weightlifting and muay thai routine looks like this , mon-fri , 6am-7am weightlifting session and 5pm - 7pm muay thai sessions this is on the same day. So as u can see its pretty taxing on my body so iam gonna need a healthy mass gainer to help me get all the calories that I am going to need throughout the day.

Mass Gainz

Here is the ingredient listing:
Oats, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Oat Fiber, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Quinoa

I've been on a similar routine before. Did it for about four years, but my lifting was more functional and conditioning focused. Try to get as much food as possible first then you can throw in some Mass Gainz after training. Should be great for giving you an extra 500+ calories.

Make one. Put in a blender protein powder, nuts or nut butters of your liking, fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, cocoa powder and liquid of choice. It is a lot more cost effective and you can control the macros

The healthiest mass gainer would just be getting extra calories from whole food. But there are many powdered mass gainers out there that you can choose from. A good first step to do would be to see how many calories you need to get in for your bw, height, weight, age, and activity level. They have various calculators online that will do that for you. Then you can see if you really need a mass gainer based on how many calories you're getting from your diet. Hope this helps.

If you really can't be bothered to make one, try iForce Mass Gainz. I've used it before and it tastes pretty good. Can't really say much else about it other than the ingredients used in it are top notch and "healthy" for you.

This^ making your own is always best.

Ding ding ding! My go to is 2 scoops of a good quality protein, milk, banana, PB and perhaps some in season berries.

I agree with this one!!!! It really is a healthy mass gainer

I force mass gainz....unlike most mass gainers it's not full of junk and sugar, you also don't need 5 scoops per serving so you only get 12 servings per container....when bulking I like to slowly increase calories so even at 1 scoop of mass gainz your getting some extra calories but also plenty of protein, it's been my go to protein powder the last 2 winters

Haha, you'd never know they were there!!

I wouldn't be able to consume it knowing they're in there.

I'm weird like that. Sometimes, I would rather not know what is in certain foods or recipes. If something seems odd to me, I refuse to eat or drink it. Even if it is really good.

I am in the same boat....

I never look at Mass Gainers, but I always assumed the carb content was primarily malto or other junk. Gotta say I'm impressed with iForce Mass Gainz.

I used to do mass gainz and it is great no doubt. Definitely the best mass gainer. But the same thing for a much cheaper price is myprotein Impact whey along with their instant oats. Also you can customize the amount of carbs and protein you want in your shake

Mix your own on true nutrition. Sweet potato powder, grass fed beef isolate, micellar casein. Get a good multi, fish oil and some ala. Your all set

Second this. IMO it is the best prepackaged mass gainer by an awesome company!

As others have said Mass Gainz is my go to pre-made gainer. Excellent profile, easy on the stomach, tastes great. Can't really ask for much more from a gainer

As mentioned Mass Gainz is nice and Clean but i prefer #GAINZ from dedicated Nutrition.. Clean and absolutely delicious!

Mass Gainz is the best, but it is also very expensive. Oh Yeah makes a good mass gainer and Scivation makes another good one. Both of these can be found at a more reasonable price. There is another company that makes a nice clean mass gainer product that I can't think of. I will edit the post when it comes to me.

With ^ that being said yeah making your own is really the way to go, but I too use a mass gainer from time to time purely for the convenience.

I make my own.

Whey protein, whole milk, ice, ice cream, flaxseed, oats, two fruits, peanut butter and some ice cream.

I'm not calling out any specific weight gain supplement, but most are over priced with maybe 12-20 servings. I can get a tub of whey for $40ish, make my own weight gainer and it last me 2 months vs 2 weeks

I've found most mass gainers that are store bought are like 75% sugar. I just make my own now using peanut butter, milk or almond milk, vanilla protein powder, ice, fruits (mostly bananas), oats, and sometimes at the very end I'll drop in some peanuts and only slightly grind it up so I get a nice crunchy texture.

Yeah, it's really tough finding a mass gainer that is not loaded with sugar.

I did use a mass gainer about 4 years ago that cost about $75 for a big bag that had decent ingredients. I forget what it's called. No clue if it's still made anymore. Tasted like crap though

Sometimes i buy this one when on promotion... Normal price is about 55-66€ but on promotions i usually buy it for about 3x€ per 5kg, Flavoured.

I already bought this one too but it isn´t so "clean". However not so bad like the most. I like it when bulking.

About the same price the Impact Weight Gainer

Out of curiosity, some time ago a friend of mine asked my opinion about Mass Gainers and after i explained him all the history about diet, home made gainers, etc.. he still insisted on a Gainer... I suggested him any of these two... End of the story... He bought a bag of ON Serious Mass from a friend... much more expensive and really worse ingredients. Even "funnier"... it seems all the "big guys" in the gym told him that was a really good gainer.

I used to use serious mass religiously back in the day

I have to confess i used it too a long time ago... I took 2 or 3 biggest bags in a about one month and a half. I increased 7kg in that time... wow... When i looked at the mirror i finally noticed where those kgs were. Great in the scale, not so great in the mirror :)

I remember the very first one 25 yrs ago I used was Twin Labs Hvy weight gainer 2500 then went to Champion Nutrition Gainer 900. Would take 1 or 2 shakes a day and not gain a pound....ahh the fast metabolism days. Cardio was unheard of...

I think the gainer that had decent ingredients was called iso mass. Tasted like fish food but wasn't bad on the ingredients.

Jose Raymond has an awesome video out for mass gainer meal. I belive it's...
2 scoops vanilla iforce mass gainz
1/4 krustez pancake mix
1 egg
1/2 tbs pumpkin oil
Pumpkin pie seasoning

-make them into pancakes or waffles

Tastes pretty frigging awesome and it's incredibly clean. You could use their chocolate with some pb powder and make chocolate pb waffles/pancakes
