Headaches around eyes

I suffer from dry eyes and headaches above eyes. Been to alot docs. Neurologist, eye docs, etc..No sinus isses at all. No sinus headaches. I have these headaches almost everyday and my eyes are red as well. I am not sure what is going on. My face also gets really hot. I notice when i am out in the wind, etc...my face will flush and my head will hurt, espically when i go inside. I didnt know if this is a migraine symptom or what. Most docs dont think so? It all started after i used hdrol and started getting bad headacehs. Been about a year worth of headaches. I think this triggered migraines? I dont know. Seems relevant. I dont have rosacea but i get some symptoms like that? Any ideas. I do have allergies but dont sneeze or itchy eyes, etc...only think i tested positive for. ANy ideas on what meds i might need try? OTC meds dont work for headaches. I use eye drops for red eyes and i think that might cause more strain on eye but docs say my eyes wont cause my headaches??Allergy shots are helping with red but when i am outside or travel and then go back inside, i get the flushing of face and red eyes. LIke a reaction of some sort? Weird

I had a patient that had this and it turned out to be celiac and gluten sensitivity. Once we indentified this as well as his cortisol levels where rampant his headaches, hives, and swelling around the eyes, and itching compleletly stopped. Since we modifed his diet his testosterone levels came back up and he finally can resume a normal quality of life after going to 20 specialists with no resolution.
