Headache!

I was fine today until Ive had my supps, ive just started taking

Milk Thistle
B50 B vitamin complex
SNS Thyrocaps

Ive got a piercing headache now - what could that be?

Drinking water, lots of water

google any of them and any of them have reports of headaches, so tomorrow im going ot take one, day by day to work it out but until then anyone else had headaches from any of the above

I do take a multivit/probiotic but been on them for months. And also took Universal N1T yesterday but didnt get a headache like today - it was literally after i took my b50 and milk thistle (but not sure when thyrocap kick in) its right above my ears,jaw joint, massaging it out but its painful
 
So this is the first day this happened? If so, it might just be that you got a headache and it's not at all linked to the supplements.
 
Well not exactly, it's been mild the last few days of starting the bits but hurts today
 
If you've noticed it when adding these in with no other changes, then the idea of stopping one at a time is an easy way like you suggested. Headaches are one of those things that can have about a bajillion potential causes.
 
Yeah it's put me into bed. I felt fresh and fine this nothing then bam hit me after my supplements. I wonder if there is an interaction who with toxins milk thistle is releasing and my other supps. I'm also using atransdermal ai (formstane).
 
Yea and all those supplements all at once could just be causing the headache. But you can try dropping them one by one until the head ache goes away or kind of split them up and take them like half hour apart.
 
Well im feeling a lot better today, still a bit of wooly head but I think ill leave off all supps until Monday where I can take a dry run of each, individually. That was horrible. M

My suspicion is a major detox syndrome occurred.
 
I take b50 complex. Never gives me a headache. I wouldn't take it with milk thistle. I take b50 with about 20 other vitamins.
 
If you have not yet determined the cause, thyroidal supplements commonly cause headaches, diiodothyronines included and I imagine the problem may continue for days past discontinuation of thyrocaps. If you are still having headaches I suggest you drop thyrocaps and give it a week.
