hdrol with fat?

i have read that u need to take hdrol with fat or fish oil to help with the absorption rate. is this true? should u not take it on an empty stomach?

no it isn't. take hd on an empty stomach for best results.

it's methylated.

if anything, try using dhb & pure grapefruit juice (not from concentrate) to wash it down e/d.
