Hdrol pct. what do you think?

Could you guys give me some examples of successful hdrol pct's?
What do you guys think about this pct suggested by a friend?

pct day 1-7 nolva 60/60/40/40/40/20/20
atd(inhibit-e) 75mg
pct day 8-14: atd 50mg + blue up 4caps
pct day 15-21: atd 25mg + blue up 4caps
pct days 22-28: atd 25mg + blue up 4caps

edit: I'm running hdrol at 50/50/75/75/75 I'm coming close to my last week and its about time to order my pct. just looking for some input before I go and spend money

Nolva doses to high and run for to long. Run it for 4 weeks 20/20/10/10 for a h-drol only cycle.
 
nah pem he's not running the nolva for seven weeks, he's runnin it for seven days, i dont think it will be that beneficial in that case, could be wrong tho

Did not notice that. You would need to run it 4 weeks 20mg weeks 1+2 and 10mg weeks 3+4.
 
Nolva 20/20/10/10 and throw in a test booster and you are good to go. Many people under estimate ATD, could get rebound.

I like Stoked because it is not only a test booster but also helps reduce estrogen and is a great antioxidant and will enhance libido.:)
