For a 16 week cycle of test e, at 600mg a week, what would be the appropriate amount of hcg i would need to take weekly to help avoid shut down?

you do not want to run the hcg the entire cycle otherwise you will get desensitized to it ./ Run 4 week blast of 500ius twice a week.
Weeks 1-4 then 6-10 then 12-16 bro. Hcgenerate 5 caps every day the last 4 weeks will also help.

thanks man. will it matter that i'm running 75mg of hdrol the first 6 weeks of the cycle? also, any neg side effects of hcg i should look for?

No that will not matter. Hcg wil raise prolactin levels so it can drop sex drive, hardly ever a problem but it can be for some. If it does become a problem then drop in some provirone 25mg every day or cabisar/dostinex .5mg every 3 day
