You seem to be the most adamant supporter of these companies. We must have really hit a nerve. Anyway I'm done as well.
Sure I am...I'm a business owner. I know what its like to start with nothing and build something up. I think the ones who's nerves are a bit frayed are those who are emotional about the title of a supplement name. If you hit a nerve I would be agitated or offended...I find your attitude....funny.
Thats what individuals lke yourself try to do...hit a nerve...but its sort of funny when it backfires and your standing arguement comes down to.....i dont like that name. LOL

And you are correct, it IS nonsense....which goes back to my FIRST post....why you would spend any energy and actually get offended by marketing is beyond me....there are plenty of other thing to use energy on. If not, you are going to be one angry person for a long time because marketing rules the world and its not going anywhere.
Could care less about marketing..I care about whats in the bottle and what it does.

I keep following this thread, and i'm getting an indent in my forehead from slapping it in confusion. I don't understand the problem with marketing when it's in EVERY consumer's best interest to READ THE INGREDIENT PANEL and FIND OUT WHAT THIS THING DOES! There are lots of stupid supplement titles, oh well. Last i checked we are supposed to be concerned with ingredients and product effectiveness.

hCG works. Both prescription (real hcg) and homeopathic. It should be medically supervised for optimal results and there are a number of supplements one should take while on the diet.
The reduced calorie diet provides for most of the weight loss. hCG will keep you from feeling hungry and preserve lean muscle.
If you were to go on a 500 calorie diet without hcg, your body would literally consume itself and after 1 month, you'd be withered away. People on hcg typically lose ~1% lean muscle mass over 30 days, which is nothing @ 500 calories per day.
There's a TON of poorly formulated and/or fake hcg products out there, but when the diet is followed and you don't slip, it 100% works, with amazing results.
hCG gets a lot of heat from the FDA because there hasn't been a study done to substantiate the claim "30 pounds in 30 days" but it's absolutely possible. Eventually, someone will shell out the cash and pay for a study to the scale the FDA wants. Until then, they'll continue to go after people for false claims and misleading information to protect the weight loss space for big pharma.
