Has anyone out there tried HCA?? I started it about a week ago in combination with carnitine and it seems to be helping my cutting and insulin issues.

Yup hydroxycitric acid is what I ment. I did not know that is what the original 'hydroxycut' was named for......I guess I really am in the dark on some stuff. thanks for the info
