Good tip is to deplete glycogen and go low carb for a few days by doing high rep HIIT style workouts. That should help with insulin sensitivity.

I'm in prep right now so I'm always low carb lol. But yeah I do incorporate HIIT quite a bit.

3rd superset: These are tough. I dropped the weight on the final set to make it through with decent form.

-extensions: bar slowly lowered to forehead, pressing to just shy of lockout

-30 second tricep/bicep stretch between each set

breezy11 when you run one of your mini-diets, do you drop cals pretty drastically since its just for the short term? One would think you could get away with some pretty drastic changes for a week or two before the metabolic adaptations began to truly set in

Quick question to all dudes in this thread - where have you found the cheapest PeptoPro? I want to pick up bulk HBCD and Pepto to start trying it out for myself. We generally use Gatorade, Leucine and aminos at the station. But I think I want to try out some bulk HBCD, PeptoPro, Leucine and HICA.
 
I go with TrueNutrition as well. And I use breezy's code also....I have my own but I'm too lazy to look for it so I just hook my man up.

I will try cookie dough anything. Literally I would prob try gravel if it had cookie dough powder on it.

I actually dropped cals pretty slowly over 4-5 weeks, just making small diet adjustments as I went. I got down to around 4000 cals, then hit 3500 for 3 days and called it quits because I was losing weight way too fast.

I have banana cream, vanilla, and banana strawberry for TN HBCD, and orange mango glycofuse as well. Current Peptopro flavors are vanilla and banana cream. My bulk EAAs are unflavored and Watermelon Amino IV tastes great with any of the flavor combinations.

I placed a huge order last week, but am making another tomorrow because I'm starting to burn through everything quick with carbs up.

It doesn't matter what flavor Peptopro is, it'll still taste awful by itself. My intra is actually pretty tasty with everything else in the mix though. I believe HBCD may "trap" most of the bitterness.

I pretty much a Mango & Peaches and cream guy for the past year but they're out of both flavors

Got sour apple Karboload. Also have watermelon, watermelon is ok

3rd working set: You can't really tell from watching the video, but I made an effort to keep flexing my back throughout the eccentric portion of the movement. The pump it caused was intense and it helps prevent you from simply moving the weight to reach the prescribed number of reps. This approach is great with DB bench press as well, if you can handle dropping the weight a little.

Carbs will be increasing slowly as the weeks progress starting peri and moving out away from workouts. Breakfast will always be a carb free meal. I'm addicted to coffee, OxyElite Protein and coconut oil and it's helped keep me lean this year so I'll keep it.

Great question! I just stopped that this week actually. Amazing how much more of an appetite I have now without the Yhcl.

Still walking the puppies and taking my Focus-XT in the morning. Walks will probably be getting shorter and shorter as winter approaches. No matter how bundled up the Yorkie gets, little man is gonna freeze. When it's under 40 now he's a shivering snail

i've got a similar protocol, breakfast is Orange Triad + Greens, Coocnut Oil, and Protonz of choice

how much will your intra differ on now heavy days? I ask because I've just been keeping it consistent between my strength predominant days and my hypertrophy based days (Similar to PHAT Almost)

10g PeptoPro
20ishg of EAA (2.5 scoops Amino IV or 2 scoops Anabolic State)
1g SNS Agmatine as well

may add some Cit to it as well

I just cut it to about 50HBCD/15gr Peptapro or 15gr EAA. I did that yesterday and I feel 100% today.

Nice. I've only had toffee pb and choc almond, which are great. You'll like Select. There should be a great insider deal when the new flavor is ready to go.
