I'm gonna say that the consensus is about 1.5-2g per day to actually see an effect. No offense to the 1g dosage suggestion, but has anyone who actually checks their BP ever seen a difference with that low of a dosage?
For me personally, 2g per day will lower systolic by about 5-8mm within about 3-4 weeks. IMO, that's fantastic for a $5 supplement :thumbsup:
