havoc while in season dosage?

I am looking to gain a few mph on my fastball while cutting some fat and getting a little stronger. I think im gona get on havoc and for a little while and i was wondering what a good dosage would be or if there are any other suggestions. I cant work out but 3 or 4 days a week bc of games and practice and it will only be twice a week sometimes. Suggestions?
 
ive seen the 40mg(start at 10mg and add 10mg a day until 40mg) for 4-6 weeks all over the place but i just wasnt sure if that was right for an in season guy who cant work out every day or even most days
 
search for pulsing epistane.
when pulsing you will only take it on work out days 3 times a week.

that looks good and thanks for the suggestion but do you think that is best thing to do concerning gaining mph on my fastball bc thats my main concern, not the weight room. I can worry about how i look at the beach in the off season
 
Guess the only concern I would have is on how bad havoc dries your joints out. Make sure to take plenty of fish oils and use some brand of joint support and you should be ok. I know for me there's no way I could throw a fast ball during a cycle
 
30mg for 5 weeks is the dosage i would use taken everyday.


i hate pulsing and don't think it's a great idea, but that's JMO.


as stated above, epistane is VERY VERY DRY so watch out for joint pain.


do you get tested? b/c you will fail a piss test on epistane for steroids.

Havoc is a steroid, so the Admins will make you move this thread to the anabolics section. That's a better forum to do your research on anyway. Just make sure you have a good PCT lined up and run support sups.
 
ok thanks for the suggestions about the fish oil. I was going to get on something for my joints but i wasnt sure what it was i should take. Also no i dont get tested so no worries there.
 
I dont think im going to pulse. Im probably just going to do a cycle of 30mg a day and work out when i can. I am also getting on milk thistle and fish oil or anything else that will help out my joints. Anything else im forgetting? And what post cycle do yall suggest?

you could F your body up badly without taking the right stuff during and after your cycle.
 
PCT is a MUST, regardless epi is not what you are looking for if you want to gain velocity on your fastball, the answer is FAST TWITCH muscle fibers, Prime helped along beta-alanine and creatine in this department.

Yeah, you definitely need to research PCT before starting this. Havoc is a steroid -- Epistane -- just because it's legal doesn't mean it's not a serious drug. As far as over the counter PCTs go, I would recommend the Testosterone Recovery Stack by Primordial Performance. It's not cheap, but this is your health we're talking about, so I wouldn't skimp. You can go over to PP's website and read about it. I'm sure others here will have different opinions though.
 
It's legal to purchase, but I guarantee it's a violation of the substance use rules in whatever league you're playing ball in.
 
This is not my first cycle of it, ive taken it before but never during the season. I have read up extensively on havoc(epistane) and also pct's to go with it. I wanted to get others opinion's on what pct would be good after epi or havoc.
