Havoc/ S-roid pulse

This was an elongated pulse. This synopsis shall be brief, more or less another response to Dr. D's pulsing method.
My goal was a partial recomp/ bulking phase. Ha! Who isn't trying to burn a little fat while maximizing strength gains?
Dosing was Mon, Wed, Fri. 8 weeks.
Havoc- (10,20,30)/ 30/40/40/40/40/40/30
S-roid- 10/20/20/off/off/30/30/30
ATD and Forslean were taken on off nights.
My diet was low-carb on off days. I swam and boxed on off days for cardio.
I use the 2-way DC training method.
I am now in "PCT" which constitutes ATD and Forslean 100mg QD. I decided to use myself as an experiment to verify the mildly toxic and virtually insignificant shutdown effects everyone has touted in regards to the pulsing method. So no liver supports were used, nothing for BP or cholesterol whih have all been historically low for me.
All told, here are the changes across the board:
Total Cholesterol: 121 to 128
AST- no baseline but currently 11
ALT- " 28
Weight- 197 to 206....but:
BF%- 18% to 13.4% for a total loss of 9lbs of bodyfat, equaling a net gain of 18lbs of muscle.
This is my first cycle. Yes I know it was harsh, I know it was high doses. truth is however, my liver or HPTA is not going to evolve or acclimate itself to these dosing protocols. The body doesn't adapt in this manner. Pyramiding is a technique to acclimate the user to the side effects and to rule out need for higher doses, not the organs effected.
And it worked. F-ing well I might add.
Strength gains were phenomenal, but not anymore so than they were before. DC is the way for me.
I did notice random joint aches, lower back pain, calf cramping, increased agitation (mild) and a drastic increase in my resting BP. From 121/77 to 159/81.
I will most certainly pulse again, provided I maintain a servicable amount of muscle after my "PCT" is completed.

BP is up a lot but your results look good. Very aggressive for a first cycle, you would have been happier starting from lower bodyfat, but good results none the rest.

Back pumps from the superdrol, joint aches from Havoc & from strength gains. Any specific numerical increases in strength??

Hope your pct goes well. It should, pulsing makes PCT very easy IMO.

Great results. Keep us updated after pct to see how well you hang onto those gains. I think one of the benefits of pulsing is that the cycle are much longer than normal cycles which i think helps the body get used the gains and therefore keep more.
