Day:1

Not much to note today. Took one pill with breakfast and one with dinner. I am off to do cardio tonight. Sprints.

Okay:

Weighed in at 195 this morning.
6 Feet Two Inches tall.
12% BF.
5 Years of Training.

Today was my first day lifting on Havoc. I did chest. Nothing special to note. Waiting to see when this kicks in!

I have had a couple headaches today, but since I started drinking more water, I have been great.

All in all....GREAT lift. Intensity and ENDURANCEEEEEE!!
 
Okay, my first week on havoc is over and...

I am up 4 POUNDS!!! Strength is increasing steadily. No sides so far. I had a nose-bleed the other day, but that is all. Hopefully I don't get anymore.

BUT: DSADE!!!

I have been reading the whole IBE vs. RPN thing over at BB.com where they claim that Havoc isn't what it is supposed to be. I don't want to stop taking this. Can you give me your word that what is in the caps is what is supposed to be? If so, I will continue, as I think you are a stand-up guy. Thanks.
 
Its the other way around isn't it? That one dude is saying that epistane has something in it that isn't on the label. Either way i beleive its all hear say at this point..

Its just one company trying to **** another........ seems that way especially without proof.
 
The argument was that Epistane has something missing or somethin wrong compared to Havoc (Which is reputable)
